I cracked my laptop screen and they fixed it for me quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Technology is now attached in our lives that we rely on it heavily and when they break down, only…read morestress is inevitable. iTech is a hero that everyone needs when technology fails. I have been coming to iTech for 5+ years since it was subleasing a room in a cell phone store near Zion Market Buena Park. I had computers reformatted, video cards installed and hard drives replaced. He fixed my wife's MacBook Air, set up networks and back up drives at my work. He knows it all. A friend asked me if I knew a repair shop to fix his failed MacBook hard drive, and iTech was the first place I recommended. He got quotes from other neighboring competitors, but ultimately went with iTech because Mr. Kim offered the best price as well. In the end, he was completely satisfied the service too and became a loyal customer. What makes me come back is Mr. Kim's reliability, honesty and value of service. There's a back parking lot and enter from there. You can also call to make sure he's at the office or if you're trying to get a quote. Mr. Kim provides periodic updates of what is wrong with the computer and when it will be completed. He doesn't do unethical practices and salesman like up selling. He goes straight to the problem and recommends what you need. I hope your technology doesn't fail you, but if it does, iTech is the real deal. Trust me me Yelpers.

After he told me that he replaced the batteries, I was still having issues. I went back multiple times, only to be told there was nothing wrong with the battery. I showed him how my battery dies very quickly (and shuts down unexpectedly) after a certain point but he didn't believe me. He told me that according to his battery test, it came back normal. Yet, he was not able to explain why it shuts down unexpectedly or why the battery decreases very quickly. Since he didn't believe me, I went to the apple store where they confirmed there was indeed a problem with the battery. When I came back to explain this (I showed him paperwork from apple + notification on my laptop telling me to change my battery), he STILL refused to admit there was anything wrong. He refused to change my battery to a new one nor to give me a refund. ZERO accountability. Don't get scammed like I did.

I was told that I just needed to replace my battery and that it'd be a simple fix. This person held onto my computer for 2 months before telling me that my battery isn't the issue and that it would cost way too much to fix it. They told me to pick up my unfixed computer but upon picking it up, I asked them to put the hardware back on. They had taken it off while attempting to fix it, but couldn't put it back on. Instead, they attempted to TAPE it back on... PHOTOS ATTACHED. On top of that, they even charged me $30 for a service fee. Outrageous. They took a slightly broken computer and gave it back to me absolutely ruined and charged me $30 for it.
