It is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with and the machine is so low quality compared to the Canon it replaced - it does not scan well and printing is very low quality but we're paying over $400 for this junk. They're pretty scammy with their invoicing and their late fees - beware. I asked for a buyout quote and expected it to be a couple hundred bucks for this 6 yr old piece of junk and they quoted me $1400. I again asked for a buyout quote a few months later and it went up to $1800. I asked that they make it make sense and I got the run around and gave up. Just don't do it. There are are so many options out there and 5 years with this company will feel like 20 years!

We had a leasing contract for Xerox model Workstation 5150. Aside from the fact that it was a…read moreridiculously expensive machine to lease we were gouged with a hidden interest rate. Customer service was an absolute nightmare to deal with and the machine repeatedly broke down. Often, it would take days for a service representative to come fix it, despite our expressed urgency. Whenever I relayed my issues to the service representative, Michael Sarlark, he repeatedly tried to get me to lease a much more expensive machine. That was always his solution. The fair market value of the machine was determined to be zero but if we wanted to buy it out right, it would be higher. When we finally decided to end our relationship with Xerox and I gave our cancellation notice to the corporate number, Mr. Sarlak continued to try to sell me another Xerox machine. All he seemed interested in was making a commission. Once it was made very clear, that we would not be interested in a continued relationship with them, they scheduled a date for pick up, weeks after the termination of the lease. It took several calls to the corporate office and pleading to get them to pick up the machine sooner in order to make room for the new one.

They will also call and ask you if you had picked up your phone already after they misplaced it. I feel they will try to get you caught up in a loop just to keep charging $350 because their excuse is that their supplier will not warranty their work or mistakes since the issue they found was internal that cause the failure with in a 1 week of origional repair
