Hobby Lobby is THE place to go to make all of your Pinterest dreams come true! They have so much by way of home decor and arts & crafts supplies that it can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. Whenever I'm there the wannabe Martha Stewart in me emerges and feels compelled to take home all the beautiful things in sight. Oh the possibilities! Realistically though, I'd have no idea how to make use of most of it because I'm just not that creative in addition having neither the funds nor the space. Of course there are times when this store, or any of the others for that matter, won't have exactly what you want, when you want it. For example, you might find slim pickings on some of the Christmas stuff before you've even thought about carving your Thanksgiving turkey. Therefore, it's best to shop early and get seasonal items as soon as they hit the shelves. This one is far from us, but it's near someof our favorite stores and restaurant, so we do zip in here occasionally. THIS is the best Hobby Lobby in the metroplex. It's well stocked, well organized, and the only Hobby Lobby that doesn't get mad at you or treat you badly for browsing. Customer service is horrible. I returned several items I didn't use for a birthday party and when I got to the car I realized she returned things that were a lesser price not the ones I brought back. I went back in and the cashier told me there was nothing she could do and just shrugged her shoulders. I asked for the manager, and he was not very helpful. Only made right on one of the items. I will not return to the store. Beware when returning, monitor the return process carefully. read more

They have really cute stuff at this location. It's July and they are all ready for Christmas. Flaws: 1. Customer service isn't the best. A lot of the time it seems as though they have something better to do than help their guests. 2. A lot of their products are poorly signed. It says it's 50% off and there's more than one of the product there and then "It's not". They say it must have been in the wrong spot. When you say something like there are multiple there and they are signed they say something like, "Well do you want it or not" or they completely blow you off. These things won't keep me from coming here because they have a lot of cute things, but you just have to make sure to check things as they ring you up and if I can't find something I'll just go somewhere else. I'm so exceptionally disappointed in the experience I had at this location today. I usually really enjoy Hobby Lobby. Though their prices/discounts are commonly wrong and they often make up prices if they can't figure out what something costs. But, no matter. Today, at 1:40p, on register 1 was a cashier named Marilyn. Truthfully, I watched her interact with all the customers ahead of me and the whole time she was perfectly miserable. Never smiled once. Then, when it was my turn I was polite, good natured and even asked how her day was. She looked and treated me as though I was a schizophrenic. Couldn't bother herself to make eye contact or even pretend to be nice. Ignored every kind gesture sent her way, as though it inconvenienced her. And, when I inquired about a discount I should have gotten, she cut me off and told me I was wrong. Then, when I explained to her that the discount was current and valid, she didn't even bother to apologize for her rudeness. Very disappointed in the management at this location. Not only was this cashier more than rude, but all the lines were intensely long (10+ customers in each) and very few cashiers showed any sense of urgency. I live nearby and visit once every month or 2.. while the store is indeed clean and organized.. the staff is not at all customer friendly. Each visit, Hobby Lobby employees (at register) seem like they don't want customers and are annoyed by each person and can't wait to close, get the line down, etc. On the floor, It's so very difficult to find anyone to assist with large items, high up shelves, or even where to find something. Out of the many times I've visited- at different times of the day/week, I've NEVER once left pleased with my experience: Literally EVERY shopping experience at this location ends with a crescendo of deflation and negativity. :( read more

Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite places to be. I honestly never have an issue here except that you can't make a return in any line but the first one. It always has a line and it usually is a 10 minute wait. So if I had any suggestions I would say teach every register how to do a return or open up another return register when there are more than 3 people in line for returns. Other than that the store to me is always clean, has very kind and helpful staff and has a lot of options of things to purchase. I love the home decor section. Great place to shop. read more

Horrible customer service at this location. Overcharged multiple times on items supposed to be discounted. Because manager didn't understand EVA was a material and not a brand name, I was refused the percentage off until I emailed corporate and spoke with them. If you missed that class in Jr High it's not my fault. I shouldn't have to drive back to be reimbursed and not even apologized to for the mistake. In fact when the girl that made the mistake to start with saw me she just abruptly told me to get in refund line and walked away. Truly, all it would have taken is an apology. She then had to come sign off on the refund. Again, no apology. I will not return to this location and possibly no others. I love shopping in Hobby Lobby. The people working int he store are people of faith who do an outstanding job representing my core beliefs, principles, and values. The employees in their including the management are so nice and so kind they are very charismatic people which is a big plus for me. I value their services to me and the customers shopping in their. The one thing I like about Hobby Lobby is that they sale merchandize that is made in the USA like gig saw puzzles and candle sticks. I wish more retail stores would sale more goods made in the USA and distributed in the USA and since I am a free market capitalist who supports free trade ship more made in the USA goods to other countries and sale them in other countries not just the USA.
