This is what nightmares are made of: Promised a 1-month project. It took them 5. The quality of the…read morework was amateur at best and catastrophic at worst. I never got a solid plan, they hard-sold me high, promising we would reduce it, just to make me sign the contract. (my first mistake) Of course, those meetings to discuss my priorities and reduce the budget, never came. My dream wasn't realized as they either vetoed, forgot or bumbled each feature of my design. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with. I don't have the energy to upload pics but maybe later. Just trust me; pick someone else. Signed, Exhausted, Angry and Broke

We got our kitchen remodeled through Creative Design & Build this year. From the very beginning,…read moreour project manager Eyal was with us every step of the way. We always knew what to expect, got frequent updates as the work progressed, and never felt rushed or confused by any part of the process. She really went above and beyond. The work actually got done on time and the crew did an amazing job getting everything secured and cleaned after the work finished. Most importantly, the results were fantastic - truly exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to renovate or remodel in DFW.

Nice selections of BBQ rubs and sauces can be found at Barbeque Galore…read more They are located in the Grapevine Target parking lot right off of the 114 service road. I have been shopping here for years but mostly for BBQ accessories, BBQ sauces and Rubs. My favorite sauce is Old Mule and Sweet & Heat rub. See my image of the pulled pork sandwich my husband made with these products. So good! And if I won the lotto I would have a nice outdoor kitchen constructed and their outdoor cooking equipment. I bet the store personnel are pretty knowledgeable and it since I was a saucy purchaser they did not engage much. That's ok. I still recommend BBQ Galore for their assortments.

They showed up 3 hours early so I was not there. The installers said they needed me to purchase an extra part and I said no problem. Then said they still could not do it, but did not hook back up the old bbq. Given the circumstances, I thought I was pretty nice about it, but when I asked for a refund Edwin's attitude changed a lot. He finally did get me the money back, but took forever and only after a couple of condescending lectures on what business day means. I worked in retail all my life and understand refunds are as instant as sales - if you want them to be. So I went to another bbq store and they were great. They also told me that the model I had purchased from Edwin had a $1000 rebate. and their installers will have no problem. So perhaps there is a happy ending to the story but certainly not because of BBQ Galore.
