    The staff here are super friendly! From the time we entered the door from check out we had to run into at least three staff working and every single time, they spoke and wanted to make sure we were able to find what we were looking for. Talk about great and friendly service this is it! The manager should give out shining stars or bonuses because you feel special when walking into this store, we will make that special trip just to get office items directly from this store because of the staff here!

    They did a really nice job printing my seating chart for my May wedding. It was also really easy to order it online and then they send you an email when it's ready to pick up. If I need more things printed definitely will be back.

    The inventory is sparse. The staff is rude and appears untrained. Prices are high for paper and other basics. Copying and printing services, when the machines are working, are expensive and of poor quality. I only go here if I absolutely need ink and every other place is closed. Today their centerpiece was colored tissue paper with cartoon characters on them. Also freatured a whole wall of calendars for $14.99 in September.

    This is the slowest store. I hate coming here. Wish there was another option in this area. Customer service is horrible

Longer story short, we came to Ford Rd bc we love the nearby food. Drop off went smoothly, and they were done in half the time quoted. I took my ps5 in for repair as…read moreit was shutting off when I played a game for a long amount of time and they stated "Oh that should be a simple fix". They contacted me back the next day and advised my ps5 was repaired and everything seemed to be fine. I picked my console up and when I took it home, it didn't even power on when I hooked it back up. I immediately called them and went back the same day. They stated they would look into it and see what's going on. They later gave me a call and said the device is still not powering on. I was advised by a manager by the name Justin that they didn't have the "necessary equipment" to figure out the problem. I ended up picking up my device and taking it to another repair company. The tech from the other company informed that whoever worked on my ps5 previously used too much Liquid Metal which leaked into my motherboard causing the system to malfunction. I also have photos taken from the tech as proof. At this point I am owed another ps5 from UBreakiFix. Justin told me to bring the device back to him to look at it again. I didn't hear an update from him as it has been nearly a week, so called them and Justin went on PTO without giving an update. He also got his higher up Monique involved but I was never contacted by her personally. I had to call and speak with another manager who finally gave me a device replacement almost a month later. Overall customer service and communication was terrible.

    I called the owner Joey one day because I needed a computer built. I just came into some money…read morewhere I had the ability to spend around $1500 and I told him straight up I needed to stay in that range...he didn't hesitate and responded back IMMEDIATELY. He was able to get me a quote for parts and labor, and let me know when he would have it done and that made me so happy.. I don't like to wait for orders online but he let me know he had some extra parts around that he was willing to throw into the deal.. and ultimately because I was so happy with his response time I was willing to pay him a little more. Since then I've been back to Joey and upgraded my machine with him and he even HELPED ME sell my old parts and replace them with the upgrades. He is extremely knowledgable, personable, we honestly spent more time talking and nerding out than anything. Great guy and does his thing well. I've even seen his setup first hand and I was impressed. Anyone reading this.. Go to him. World Class Computers is amazing.

I use Linux Ubuntu, not every business' cup of tea. Joey contacted me within a day of my email query and we agreed on a date very soon thereafter. I was absolutely delighted with his work. He was fast, efficient and fearless about updating and bringing the desktop up to speed and getting the printer to relate to it. All this and just a great guy as well. I highly recommend him on all counts!

Since then I've never taken my computer concerns anywhere but Jafferson Computer. They've dealt in similar fashion with hardware issues and with software issues. Their results are excellent and the price is perfect, because their approach is efficient, and intelligent, and prudent, and because their expertise and experience is deep. Recently they again excelled. They solved several similar but not identical operating-system problems in a pair of wonderful older Asus Windows 10 laptops: the fraternal twins Asus1 and Asus2. They were bought a month apart and are nominally the same exact model--but actually are not. Comparing the slight differences in the responses of the 'twins' helped Luke to analyze and diagnose. This sort of thing is why they're the best. Plus Mateen and Luke and anyone who has worked there are nice people.

Next time I need a repair, I'll have to try somewhere else because this place is CRAZY expensive. I paid $150 just for them to figure out what the solution was. That fee is not applied to what you pay for the actual repair should you decide to have them fix it like it would at a car repair place; it's just $150 to have them tell you what's wrong. They then quoted me $250 to reinstall windows and fix a broken hinge. I was iffy but said yes partially due to the sunken cost of the diagnosis and mostly because they promised me they would be able to upgrade my laptop to Windows 11, which the laptop had been telling me was not possible. So this seemed somewhat worth it to me to have them do. I went to pick up the fixed laptop, and immediately noticed that they had to drill totally new screw holes into it to install the new hinge. It looks pretty bad, but I'm really not picky about aesthetics so I let it go. But then they started it up to show me it was working, and I cannot even explain how INCREDIBLY slow it was as they tried to use it. Like, Windows 98 was faster than this thing was running, and I had previously never had any speed issues with it. I said something along the lines of how disappointed I was that I had now spent $400 and honestly couldn't even realistically use the laptop anymore. They offered to just install Windows 10 again instead, but like I said, the main reason I decided to pay all that money was because they assured me they could upgrade it to Windows 11. So they ended up refunding me for the repairs (I'm still out the diagnosis fee) and wiped the laptop and gave it back to me. After going home and doing some research on my own, I was able to reinstall Windows 10 on my own in about a half hour for $10. I cannot believe they were going to charge me almost $200 to do that!!! My laptop is now working exactly as it did before, and I learned my lesson.

DIGITAL DOCUMENT STORE…read moreI came in more than a month ago to have your company quote me for a Play Mat that I wanted to have duplicated and I have to say that I am sorely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism that I have experienced at your store. I have been working with Cherie who at first was answering emails and working with me on a regular basis but then the communication just stopped. I sent 2 emails asking for proofs on December 2nd and got no response until I took the time to pick up the phone and call 10 days later ( December 12th at ) and she wouldn't even take my call. I left a message asking her to call me back and she did not. Instead she sent me an email telling me that she would be returning my mat to me (at my request last Friday) and that she sent me email the previous week and has no idea what could have happened - to email - she sent - ....... I run a small business and do not have time to babysit people I am hiring to do a job for me. I used to be a graphic designer specializing in Print Layout and if I treated a client like this I would have been fired. I understand that the job is small because I am duplicating this to test my market and see if it will fly. I also have other playsets that I would like to do that for, would like to make lithographs, and I do some direct marketing myself so I could have been a repeat customer. May I remind you of the mission statement on your brand?: We want to help build a strong local business community. Have you noticed that customer service isn't what it used to be? At the Digital Document Store every single customer is important to us. Here, you're not a number; you're a real person with a name. In fact, we love it when you call us or stop in to visit. We are truly grateful when you give us the chance to be a business partner and your printer. So please... go ahead and call us. Somebody nice will always answer. I guess your small company is doing so well that you can turn away work. Well, good for you.
