They've moved to a new location, and it's such a great upgrade! The new spot is far better than the old one, which was in a very busy area and always difficult to get in and out of. This location is much more convenient and easily accessible. They also accept Amazon returns, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. As always, the service is friendly and efficient. This place really feels like home that's because I'm always on Amazon and returning and shipping and sending packages to my friends so I am in there quite a bit and I love it it's like family the service is always fabulous always greeted with a smile and how are you and I feel like I know them so much so that I even got them Christmas treats. The UPS Store - Printing Services Near Me - Canton, Michigan

This store is more interested in making a dollar than being honest with their customers. I was charged a very high fee to overnight a package and was given a guarantee and promise it would arrive on time. I opted out of the less expensive option because I bought into their integrity. Needless to say, the delivery did not arrive on time and when I called the store I was told they could not guarantee delivery time and would not even budge on even a small refund (180 overnight). Their desire to make money for their store comes at the customers expense. Would not recommend this UPS store to anyone due to dishonest services. read more

I just took a package here. The girl first typed the wrong address with it being printed right in front of her. Then a wrong description polly instead of pulley. Then bigger dimensions on the box by 1 inch in every dimension. Last I said it was shipping to a business and she put it as a residential address which costs more. The last two items make it cost more to ship. read more

A customer representative printed a prepaid shipping label for me and charged me 2 dollars for standard package fee and printing fee, given that the third party who paid for my shipping label informed me that I didn't have to pay. Putting a prepaid shipping label will cost you at least 2 dollars here. This place is a scam. read more

I've never had bad service here sometimes a bit to concentrated in work so the appearance is unfriendly. But today my socks were knocked off. I arrived before open and when the young man started unless cling door I started out of my car. He noticed my cane and box and shouted out that he'd come get box. It was prepaid to AT&T, so he tore the receipts apart and told me to have a nice day! The best experience I've ever had anywhere. read more

Very RUDE! Worst customer service ever. I returned several packages to Amazon by way of this UPS Store, some packages were not recoded as being sent back. I called to inquire how this was possible and the worker (female with Bengal Indian accent) over talked me the whole conversation. Every question I attempted to ask, she stepped on with an explanation before I could finish the question. At one point I asked if she would allow me to ask the question before she interjected. I requested to speak with a supervisor and her response was "call back tomorrow". I then requested to speak to someone else as the accent and language barrier was frustrating and I was trying not to be but was don't trying to explain anything to her. She refused to allow me to speak to anyone else and stated "I do this everyday", I'm thinking, well duh that's your job but I would like to speak to someone I can better understand and doesn't talk over the customer. She then placed the call on hold, I hung up but will be contacting management. This was my first time visiting this UPS Store and will definitely be the last. She was HORRIBLE! I should've stuck to the Westland Store, NEVER had any problems with the great customer service they provide. read more
