Superior Service for Shipping This PostNet on Allen Road in Allen Park, MI is by far the Best place to go for all shipping and packaging service. Ted and Becca so courteous, professional, helpful, and friendly. They answer my questions, greet me when I come in, and quickly take care of me. Ted even gave me some hot chocolate packs for my Dad at Christmas time. Becca helped me repackage a rug I was returning-for free. They always take my items and pkg later so I don't have to wait. Horrible. They told me my invitations would be done at 5 my heart stand went to pick them up at 6pm and he wanted him to come back and get them the next day. He did stay and do them but charged me $10 more than the originally quoted price. When I called to check on the price change the man swore at me. I was not rude or yelling I was trying to find out what had changed. He was totally unprofessional and was not apologetic about swearing at me!! I will never go here again. There are many other places in Allen park for printing and I would encourage you to give them your patronage. read more

If you're looking for incompetence served up with a side of attitude look no farther. I dropped off a priority, next-day package for Fedex and was told that it would go out that same day. Not only did it not go out (and thus not arrive at its destination in one business day) when I called and spoke with the manager he essentially said he was sorry but he wasn't there on Saturday so he couldn't say one way or the other what happened or why. When I conveyed my conversation I had with the clerk on Saturday the manager would only say that the clerk should not have told me that. He also repeated several times that "you probably dropped it off after the Fedex pick-up". Most concerning wasn't the dullard manager, rather his complete indifference to my issue. When he told me that it wasn't that big a deal because, "it's only one extra business day" and I reacted that I was told that on Saturday, he said, "well it's still here if you want to come and get it and drop it off somewhere else". This place takes incompetence, rudeness, and apathy to a whole new level. One should only patronize this place if one enjoys paying for incompetence and disrespectful service. read more
