The manager (and owner I think) was thorough and helped me complete necessary paperwork before he carefully wrapped my goods with bubble wrap and put it in the shipping box. The international shipping prices are not cheap. However, the gentleman who took care of my order gave me a generous discount which I really appreciated. The building is clean, organized and it seems relatively new. There are desk top computers with printer access available for rent. There is a private parking lot in back of the building and plenty of street parking is also available. I highly recommend Post Express for your domestic and international shipping needs.

I really appreciate the woman who runs this locations honesty. I brought pants in to be dry cleaned…read morethat weren't dry-clean-able. She explained the pictures on the tag to me, told me to go home and wash them myself and bring back to be pressed. Game changer! Previously I was taking my clothes elsewhere to be "dry cleaned" and they basically charged dry cleaning prices to do just this. Also, they were unable to get a stain out of my pants, but still made them 98% better, and didn't charge me. So overall I would say they have excellent customer service.
