Returned the box unopened. They still charged me the 15% restocking fee, noting that I "tampered" with the label and then claimed that the lens itself had wear on the back from being used. I did not even open the box, much less use the lens. Very disappointing customer service experience. I'm not the first person to have reported that the actual item being returned did not match their claims about the item being returned.

One of the ladies just asked if there's another clerk available in the back...we are yet to see her. I recommend coming first thing in the morning if you have to come, because this is horrible.

My mail or package gets there early is a plus, but all in all I just need it to get there in a timely fashion or even if it's extremely backed up, I would just want the item to get there period.

They send you a monthly invoice via email and you can pay your bill on line. This location is close enough to service someone living in Detroit, Southfield, Farmington and Oak Park.

No need to make appointment because walk-ins accepted. if not sure, you may call their contact number. accompanied my mom to have her fingerprints taken for a job requirement. an older gentleman opened the door and welcomed us by saying good morning. it took a bit of a drive from West Bloomfield towards this location but somehow the guy who assisted us made it worth the trip because of his politeness and fast service. he would ask you first if he could hold your fingers and then pressed it to the scanner. for many years I have experience other people find it hard to take a scan of my fingerprints, however with this guy...he made it look easy and fast. instead of going to a police station - the guy made my mom feel comfortable. they charge $30 for the fingerprints and it takes more or less 3 days to get results - it is then forwarded to your employer. from filling up the form, signature and fingerprints scanned - it took more or less 10-15 minutes to finish the process. payment in the form of cash or card.

I think some folks who have licenses now didn't have that in the tests back when they got their license because they weren't around the city then. Did you know folks on the LEFT have the right of way? Probably one of the main reasons there are so many accidents at roundabouts is that people don't use them correctly.
