This store doesn't post the correct store hours on its website. It states that it closes at 9 pm but it actually closes at 8 pm. It's really frustrating to think you make it before closing time to then find out the hours on the website are wrong and you just wasted time and gas.

Shake, shake shake senora shake your post-it line work work work senora cheap wireless router time Yep, OD is located right across the street from me. They generally have no deal on electronics that could possibly be better than say, Best Buy (about 6 minutes away) or Frys (about 10 minutes away). Sometimes I am just that damn lazy. So I walked over to OD. The doors slid open, and a miracle occurred. $32 DLink N router! jump in de line rock your wallet in time (ok, I believe you) router online rock your body in time (la la la la)

Originally I planned for a Linux OS Mint 18. When I asked our builder about keyboards (I had been using Logitech keyboard products for 13 years), he was adamant that we investigate Das Keyboard. He was very familiar with their advantages but it was too much for me to process at one time. We ordered the Das Keyboard 4C Professional Mechanical Keyboard with Greetech Brown switches. It is compact and the perfect size; we are not gamers and I do not type 200 wpm but we feel as if we have gone from a Model T to the Jetsons so fast is the responsiveness and I love the tactile nature of the keyboard. I do not find the product at all pricey. In fact I find it not only competitively priced but somewhat of a bargain considering the build quality. It is the finishing and crowning touch to our new system. In short we are so grateful that the builder brought this brand (previously unknown to me) to our attention. Highly recommended. In the same way that a performance car can make a better driver out of you, this keyboard will improve your experience adding confidence and that is not hype!

We were promised before the end of June, and here it is in july. Calls to the company and tickets yield little to no information. Perhaps whomever owns it has turned into a scammer, until or if they get this issue worked out I would avoid this company like the plague. 7/10/2014 update. Das has just announced that there will be an additional 3-4 week wait time on top of the first 3-4 week wait time. Two extra months to deliver a keyboard, and no compensation other than a refund is being offered. So if you would like someone to just hold 200 bucks for you for an indeterminate amount of time, this is a good option.

MX Toolbox free tools are great - but think twice before upgrading to their paid plans…read more Like many other software vendors - they make an offer of a risk-free one-month trial. However, they don't actually refund your money if you cancel before 30 days. Here is my example: I signed up for their delivery center option on November 10, 2018 and was promptly billed $99. I used the service for 2 days, realized the paid features were overkill for my needs, so called to cancel November 12 (two days after signup.) They acknowledged my cancellation by email but never credited back my account for the $99. On December 15 I emailed, Their response to my email was "Sorry, we can't process that sort of thing by email. Either call or create a support ticket." Unfortunately, the support ticket option is available only for active subscribers. On December 17th I called their toll-free line. Matt said: ("getting a refund would require managers approval and it's not a certain thing.") No sign of any refund as-yet, no confirmation from the company following the call of what to expect on refund. Attached is an image from their website taken December 2018 in which they describe their "risk-free" offer. https://postimg.cc/mhgzm197 In summary -- Be aware that their free trial is not like how most other software vendors manage their trial promotions. Despite representing it as "risk-free", once you signup you are out $99 even if you cancel within 2 days (as I did.)

In short they lied to me. Sadly, I did not keep the original email…read more I was told that if I cancel mid month that I could still get a full month of service and just revert back to the free version. The sales representative said that they are not into the business of stealing money. The Mxtoolbox T&C states that if you cancel your membership that you forfeit any remaining time (think of it as stealing). They bill 10-days prior to the end of the month (or so, forget the exact number, but around there), and any cancellation in that period yields an extra month (still sounds like stealing). I subscribed to the service and attempted to write to customer service and they were rude, cold, obnoxious, and refused to acknowledge or implement the original conversation, so I was forced to forfeit a partial month. As far as their service being all inclusive, they have about 98 or so DNS black list checks, but that is not all. DNS Goodies has others that they do not have. Oh yes, I sent in am email asking to cancel. I received a ticket acknowledgement, but then nothing happened, even after a couple business days. I could go on and on about the service itself, but you get the point. The free version is okay, but even that is questionable. Anyone who has a mail server should know their own status. There is no secret to mail server security. I would not mind them contacting me back and offering my money back, but companies that steal have no intention of giving it back. Caveat: Legally, they did not do anything wrong or different than what was spelled out in their T&C. They did do something wrong with respect to what I was told via email. This company is not customer focused, just their own pocket book. I call it like I see it. They stole, plain and simple, but my definition.

I did not think my transaction would take long so, I parked in 15 minute parking near the store. I told the representative that I needed a charging unit for my phone along with a chord. She grabbed the two accessories in less than a minute. The only decision point was the length of the chord - 3 feet or 6 feet. I asked if the 6 feet chord was about my height. She said no taller than your height. Haha...ok you're right I'm 5'6". I paid for the two accessories and was out the store in about 5 minutes. Though the Apple Store is very busy...always, there process is super efficient. I happy to report that my phone is charging without over heating.

My experiences at the Apple Store Northside Domain 3121 Palm Way, Austin, TX 78758 have been less…read morethan stellar and quite often a frustrating experience. I go out of my way to avoid that store, and alas, still ended up having to go there and suffer excruciatingly poor service from the manager, John. I called Apple to have my wife's Apple Watch serviced (battery). Unfortunately, I was told I couldn't send it in from my home via mail. I would have to go to an Apple store. I was given an appointment at the Domain store on Monday, January 5th at 10:30, and I arrived 30 minutes early. I waited 40 minutes. Eric seemed nice and helpful, but even with me explaining that the watch had already been diagnosed. I just came here to have it sent in. We spent over an hour erasing the watch (my wife's watch, who was not there with me) and upgrading it and syncing it with my phone, just to diagnose the watch to confirm it needed a new battery, which I already knew. After dealing with this torturous experience, it was time to pay for the service so the watch could be sent to my home. I would have loved not to have to set foot in that godforsaken, technology-lethargic hellhole that is Apple Northside Domain. Their card swiper showed errors on 3 attempts. Eric brought over the manager, John, who talked over me when I attempted to explain that my chip sometimes has issues, and I could use my Apple Pay. He didn't listen nor hear me. He told me they would have to change the watches shipping to the store, and I could pay when the watch was shipped back. I did not want to do that, but was left with no other choice based on John's impatient insistence and lack of listening skills. Think about this for a moment: "We are having trouble charging you in store, so come back so we can charge you in store..." I'm frustrated, my kid is tired, and I acquiesced. Alas, before I could even get home, I noticed two "pending" charges from that Apple store. I called John, who continued to talk over me, I told him he wasn't listening, and I cussed. I explained to him my frustration, and all he could think to do was complain and threaten to hang up because I cussed. Mind you, I did not call him a name or curse him, I just cussed, cuz I was pissed and frustrated and because he wasn't listening. Example: "You told me there was no charge on my card, and I get home and see to friggn charges on my card!" Anywho, I told him he's in tech, he's heard worse, and to get past it. He explained I would have to wait for the charges to fall off. I explained, How does that help if I come in to pay, and the same thing happens again with their card machine? Either way, I have been in customer service for over 55 years and a public servant for 33 of those years, and John's approach was not customer-friendly. I get it, I would be overwhelmed and stressed working at a chaotic, shit show like the Apple Store Northside Domain, too, but my experience as a consumer has been consistently dreadful and laborious. John didn't help make it any better. Not even an apology for the miscue, let alone the long wait and poor service. In this case, I have no solution for how to make this experience better, other than I wish I didn't have to pay for the poor service, I wish I didn't have to go back to that store, and I wish Apple could just send my watch to my house. Happy New Year
