    I had great experiences at this location.  First, I was shopping for a refrigerator. Laurie walked us around, answering our questions  and helping us narrow down our preferences. Next was Esco. He worked the computer to find the refrigerator.  He gave us a lot of information and was very friendly to talk to. Esco helped find the specific one we needed. On a second occasion, I needed to buy a new TV remote and was having some trouble due to the type of TV I have. Lauturo helped to determine which one would work. He even explained it to me, so I left with no worries.  He was so nice to interact with. I really like this store. If Laurie, Esco, and Lauturo are representative of the type of employee Best Buy is looking for, then this store continues to be successful, and I'll be coming back.

    I went in looking to replace my laptop. It has been years since I needed to purchase one. There's a ton of choices and I was a bit overwhelmed. Grant assisted me with my purchase. He was super patient and was able to match my budget with a laptop that accommodates my daily tasks in such a short amount of time. There's a ton of parking despite the location being a busy one. I recommend this Best Buy location especially for the great customer service for anyone that is usually overwhelmed by electronics purchases.

    L shape cord supposedly fit in there and it doesn't

    I ask for help about a specific kind of cord I needed to hook up to my new hard drive. There is a cord we're one side is flat and the other side is L shaped. I told him I'm not sure if it will work because where it go's is a very narrow tight space. but he said it should and act like I didn't know what I was talking about. So I trusted him and boy was he wrong. Did not fit. Lesson learn trust your gut. Because they work at Best Buy doesn't mean they know what the F they are talking about.

    I'll never shop at Pacific Kitchen as well as Best Buy, again. I purchased a stove, washer & dryer…read morein September 2019. Upon turning the stove on, gas would fill the entire house, and we would have to open windows and doors to ventilate it. We thought it might lessen as we used it but it didn't, so we called LG and they sent a technician in, about 7 months from the date of purchase. LG sent a part, so that when the technician arrived, they could fix what they thought might be the problem. The technician arrived and checked out what was happening. The pilot light was taking almost 20 seconds to turn on, after the oven and the gas was turned on. This was causing large amounts of gas to leak out into the house. He went to install the part and noticed it wasn't the right part, as this model stove was manufactured in June 2015, 4 years prior to the date of purchase. He was very surprised. He said he'd have to order a different part to fit this older model and that he'd be back in a few days. He came back in a few days and fixed the problem. While I'm grateful LG fixed the problem, I am still let down that Pacific Kitchen sold me a 4 year old stove, as new. Had I known it was 4 years old, I would not have purchased it. I'm surprised they had a stove, or any product for that matter, that was 4 years old. These things happen, and it's a bummer when the customer purchases something thinking it's new, only to find out, it is not. I don't think the sales person knew it was 4 years old, and I don't think anyone was trying to deceive us, however the fact is, we were deceived because we thought we were buying a new stove. When the customer and the company that sold product learns that the item is that old, I think it's only fair that the customer get what they thought they were purchasing. I asked for a replacement stove, but the manager, John, said there was nothing he could do. I asked if I could speak to someone above him and he said no, but that he would talk to corporate. He called back a few days later and said there's nothing they can do. I don't think this is good business and there's plenty of places to purchase appliances. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Not only was he patient with us, he provided detail regarding pricing, warranty and install costs as well as followed up with numerous emails re "checking for better pricing vs our competitors" on a few occasions and while we were debating our purchase. While we were able to save due to a special offer made by one of their competitors, Pacific Kitchen and Home and specifically Alejandro should be resourced when considering an appliance purchase.

When it was time to make selections for kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer, Blake was extremely helpful. He kept my budget in mind and explained the pros and cons for the brands/models I was considering and I actually ended up purchasing a completely different model based on his recommendation. I LOVE all of the appliances that I purchased and I don't think I would have purchased them if Blake hadn't put them on my radar. Days before I planned to move into my house, my kitchen appliances were stolen which was a nightmare! I called Blake just to give him a heads up that I'll probably need to order another set of appliances because I needed them in order to move into my house. Before placing my replacement order, Blake expressed his apologies for what had happened to me and was quick to provide all of the necessary information for the police report. From what I remember, I didn't even ask him to do that. The replacement appliances arrived super fast as I stressed the importance of expediting the order because I wouldn't be able to move into my home until I had appliances. Both install processes were fast and easy - no issues. Not only is Blake extremely knowledgeable on the products he sells, he truly cares and is very honest which in my opinion, is hard to find in a salesperson. I've also asked Blake for appliance recommendations for family members who live out of state and he's provided his insight even though they can't order through him.
