Today was supposed to be the day the dishwasher would finally be installed. You guessed it -- Home Depot messed it up again. My tenant is now entering week two without a working dishwasher. The installers never call ahead, never provide a delivery window, and just show up unannounced -- assuming my tenants are sitting around waiting for them. They've had to take time off work multiple times for these incompetent scheduling mishaps. When I asked customer service why no one ever leaves a voicemail or text, I was told they're "not allowed to." What's the point of calling if you can't leave a message? I've filled out every link and survey Home Depot has sent me -- and not a single person has followed up. Zero accountability. As of today, I've canceled my order and am going with a local appliance store that actually values its customers. The entire experience has been a joke and a waste of time. What's worse is that I'm a Home Depot Pro Member and a Realtor who regularly recommends appliance vendors to clients. After this, I'll be sure to let every one of them know about this nightmare. Home Depot, do better.

Service, the service here sucks! So this is how it started, we went to the customer service counter to get a price match for an item, as the website says that Home Depot will price match! When we mentioned this to Eryn, she refused to price match our item, saying Home Depot will not price match! For assistance with this as we had displayed to Eryn that the website says they will price match we then asked to speak to a manager, she called over a guy name Darien who claimed to be the manager, he didn't acknowledge us having a private conversation with Eryn saying we don't price match and will not do it anywhere for anyone! He then began to walk off without stopping as if to seem of a higher standard then other people, when we asked him for his managers information he said her name was Mckinzey, for convenience we asked for her contact information are which he said I could call the store and speak to her! To ensure we had all parties involved information we then asked for the employee at the customer service counters information and he then told us we could read it off her name tag, unfortunately it was super crunched together making it a little difficult to read so we asked if he wouldn't mind just telling us her name and he said, "you can't read cursive that's unfortunate", and then continued to say things to try and be little us! When leaving he then did a sarcastic goodbye and laughed as if to try and seem like he was of a higher standard! The service here was horrible unfortunately, it is so sad that people can get away with treating customers like this! Update for Awareness: we then requested a price match with the online app and they approved it! Photo attached!

Moving out of my apartment soon and needed some paint to cover some holes i filled in my walls. I was able to receive a paint match quickly and easily at the paint counter. The employee at the counter was super helpful. I did think that the color needed a little more blue so he told me that if after I painted, I still thought so that I could come back and he would add it for me. Great service and super helpful!

I rented a carpet washer from this store it was such a seamless process. I needed just the rug in one room cleaned so I was able to return it in under 4 hours and save some money. I also really appreciate that the 4hr rental window is available because you don't always need 24hrs. The machine was easy to use and clean and we only had to buy one product, which we mixed with water. Key to note is that you will need to go over dirty spots several times and I highly recommend vacuuming the water off more than once. We did 2 more vacuums after the initial vacuum when washing and it still took 3 days with open widows and fans before I felt like the entire carpet was dry and the wet carpet smell mostly gone. I think that would have been minimized if we vacuumed a few more times. Regardless, I highly recommend as an affordable, quick option to getting your carpet cleaned.

This is a very nice Home Depot. The people working here are helpful and there were quite a few employees walking around to help you find what you need. It seemed as though every aisle I went down had an employee on it. If you are looking for something or need help or suggestions this makes it very convenient. I came to this Home Depot around seven in the morning and had no problems with traffic or parking. It is a very large Home Depot and is in a nice area. In my opinion it is a hidden gem tucked away at the end of a shopping center just off the freeway. The only downside is the bathrooms are not at the front of the store when you are exiting. So if you want to go to the bathroom make sure you go before you check out.

When it was time to make selections for kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer, Blake was extremely helpful. He kept my budget in mind and explained the pros and cons for the brands/models I was considering and I actually ended up purchasing a completely different model based on his recommendation. I LOVE all of the appliances that I purchased and I don't think I would have purchased them if Blake hadn't put them on my radar. Days before I planned to move into my house, my kitchen appliances were stolen which was a nightmare! I called Blake just to give him a heads up that I'll probably need to order another set of appliances because I needed them in order to move into my house. Before placing my replacement order, Blake expressed his apologies for what had happened to me and was quick to provide all of the necessary information for the police report. From what I remember, I didn't even ask him to do that. The replacement appliances arrived super fast as I stressed the importance of expediting the order because I wouldn't be able to move into my home until I had appliances. Both install processes were fast and easy - no issues. Not only is Blake extremely knowledgeable on the products he sells, he truly cares and is very honest which in my opinion, is hard to find in a salesperson. I've also asked Blake for appliance recommendations for family members who live out of state and he's provided his insight even though they can't order through him. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of difficulties with our Samsung washer and dryer and have had to have both repaired, several times, over the past 4-5 years. A few months ago, Greentek repaired our dryer, and most recently, they came out to assess a persistent annoying problem we've had with our washer. Greentek advised us the cost to repair the washer was higher than what we wanted to pay. (The amount of the repair and the amount we put into repairing it in the past was going to exceed the cost of a new washer.) So, we declined to have Greentek repair the washer and decided to buy a new washer. (Not a Samsung!) Both experiences were positive and we have no complaints with Greentek. They are prompt, professional, offer reasonable prices and do everything as agreed. Call them.

End of business day, it's Friday no resolution. I end up calling Moen. They will send me the part in TWO weeks! Monday, Chandler does call me and leaves me a message. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at the North location on Metropolitan. I'm currently remodeling an outdoor shower and had questions about the drain and frost-proof hose bibs. When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store, but the salesman's attitude felt dismissive from the start. When I asked a question about the drain, he responded with, "First of all, what does the guy helping you with this project say?" I'm a woman, but I have experience working on construction and plumbing projects. While I always consult with a certified plumber for final approval, I also do the necessary legwork to ensure that plans and materials are ready in order to avoid delays. I couldn't tell whether the salesman was having a bad day, making assumptions based on my gender, or is simply unhelpful by nature. Either way, even if he didn't have all the answers, a respectful conversation, honest feedback, or a recommendation would have gone a long way.
