Since it was a different store, I was more than happy to pay a second time. But the lady at the counter insisted that she did not have the software to print it to passport requirements. Again, thats fine (although annoying), if you don't know how then you don't know how. My issue was with her attitude. I am coming in as a very patient customer who has already paid $20 once to have this service provided, and willing to pay again. And this lady is acting like I ruined her day by even asking. My time was wasted, and my already not great day was made a little worse by this associate.

I love Knight Office Solutions! We are a small non-profit business with two of their multifunction…read moreunits and we have had a great experience with them. The process of getting our old machines sent back, new machines delivered, and set up was so easy! We rarely place service calls for malfunction issues. The Ricoh/Lanier units have not physically malfunctioned yet and we have had them for 2 years. We use Macs in our office and only once we had a software/driver malfunction that was quickly resolved by our tech. When we do place service calls it is in regards to instructions for users or trouble shooting specific paper settings or print jobs. Bobby our tech is very patient with us and always timely addresses our questions. Our old Xerox machines were terrible and required service every month and still had no improvements after the services and software updates etc... Our old company also had a (not hidden but extremely tiny fine print) price increase of up to 12% annually on their lease agreement which they increasingly applied each year into our 5 year agreement in addition to pricey print overages paid quarterly. Ralph, our sales contact at Knight in Austin, TX was great at customizing a contract that works for us. We knew what we needed, asked for it, and Ralph made it happen. Service and copier supplies are all included. We know exactly what to expect each month and our counts are accurately estimated. We also had many specific requests that they were able to accommodate in our new contract. Ralph told me from the very beginning that Knight was the best and I did not believe him. After spending much time researching 4-5 additional copier companies, I finally came to the same conclusion and we have never looked back! I fully recommend giving Knight Office Solutions a try.
