During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. The process of getting our old machines sent back, new machines delivered, and set up was so easy! We rarely place service calls for malfunction issues. The Ricoh/Lanier units have not physically malfunctioned yet and we have had them for 2 years. We use Macs in our office and only once we had a software/driver malfunction that was quickly resolved by our tech. When we do place service calls it is in regards to instructions for users or trouble shooting specific paper settings or print jobs. Bobby our tech is very patient with us and always timely addresses our questions. Our old Xerox machines were terrible and required service every month and still had no improvements after the services and software updates etc... Our old company also had a (not hidden but extremely tiny fine print) price increase of up to 12% annually on their lease agreement which they increasingly applied each year into our 5 year agreement in addition to pricey print overages paid quarterly. Ralph, our sales contact at Knight in Austin, TX was great at customizing a contract that works for us. We knew what we needed, asked for it, and Ralph made it happen. Service and copier supplies are all included. We know exactly what to expect each month and our counts are accurately estimated. We also had many specific requests that they were able to accommodate in our new contract. Ralph told me from the very beginning that Knight was the best and I did not believe him. After spending much time researching 4-5 additional copier companies, I finally came to the same conclusion and we have never looked back! I fully recommend giving Knight Office Solutions a try.

My video-gamer sons love being able to play games with Gigabit speeds! We have received excellent education and support along the way. They made it so that all lights, ceiling fans, and thermostats in our home could be run through Alexa, an app, or on preset schedules. This has made my life as a mom so much easier. On school days, I have our whole house scheduled to "wake-up" at a certain time so that I don't have to go to each of my four kids' rooms to wake them. "Wake-up" turns lights on, ceiling fans off, and the thermostat up a little. And a simple "Hey Alexa, turn on bedtime" turns off all lights and turns on all ceiling fans throughout the house. And when I leave my 2 story home each morning, I do not go room to room turning off the lights behind my kids. I say "Hey Alexa, turn everything off!", and she does! ACA Electronics has been great over the past few years to offer continued support, and they do a really good job of explaining things in a way that I can understand. They also wall-mounted all of our TVs. In our great room they installed a MantleMount above our fireplace. It can be lowered to a comfortable eye-level height when sitting, but raises to above the mantle when not in use. It's really tight on the wall and a very beautiful addition to our home. Throughout the whole process ACA has been great. They gave me an itemized estimate, then gave me options without overselling. During the installation they communicated well and the follow through was excellent. They kept the house clean while they were working and the final clean up was excellent too.
