Yet, whenever we do need assistance, Terry is a quick phone call away with personal, same-day service being the norm. I had worked with Terry and his staff at a previous job and they were always very prompt fixing our printer problems. My current employer needed to upgrade to a more current and efficient printer system. I called Terry explained my current printing needs and within 24 hours had a couple of quotes. Once the decision was made we had our copier delivered in a couple days! Luis gave us a tutorial for the printer and a couple days later followed up to ensure everything was working. ATG are excellent at responding and they do a good job analyzing a customers print - fax and scan needs. I have had them for over three years and I am very impressed with their knowledge and accessibility, and their techs are excellent if any service needs to be done. Highly recommended.
