Yet, whenever we do need assistance, Terry is a quick phone call away with personal, same-day service being the norm. He is conscientious, trustworthy and is sincerely interested in helping us succeed. We recently had the opportunity to work with Luis, who set up our new, fully-loaded copier/printer. I had worked with Terry and his staff at a previous job and they were always very prompt fixing our printer problems. My current employer needed to upgrade to a more current and efficient printer system. I called Terry explained my current printing needs and within 24 hours had a couple of quotes. Once the decision was made we had our copier delivered in a couple days! Luis gave us a tutorial for the printer and a couple days later followed up to ensure everything was working. ATG are excellent at responding and they do a good job analyzing a customers print - fax and scan needs. I have had them for over three years and I am very impressed with their knowledge and accessibility, and their techs are excellent if any service needs to be done. Highly recommended.
