I can't say enough good things about this company. The wife and I were moving and needed 3 TVs to be taken down, transferred to the new location and hang them all three back up. Our house wasn't pre wired for surround sound and had an external wall so Chris had to get creative. After seeing the finished project of the outside conduit and how well the speakers are mounted, I gotta say I'm pretty darn impressed! They genuinely care about their customers and aim to exceed your expectations. Great pricing, great people, and excellent service. I would highly recommend this company!! read more

I initially called Dana to explain that I needed to wall-mount an 83" LG TV and to hide the cables behind the wall. Dana explained exactly what they would do and emailed me an estimate of the costs. Chris and Dana arrived on the day and time they promised. Based on the equipment they brought for the install and talking to them while they were working, they appeared very knowledgeable and experienced. They were also friendly and took great care unboxing and handling my expensive TV. They worked diligently and cleaned up everything before leaving. I highly recommend them. read more

ACA Electronics did a lot of work for us during our home remodel. They set up our high-speed whole home network so that we have great internet throughout our house. My video-gamer sons love being able to play games with Gigabit speeds! We have received excellent education and support along the way. They made it so that all lights, ceiling fans, and thermostats in our home could be run through Alexa, an app, or on preset schedules. This has made my life as a mom so much easier. On school days, I have our whole house scheduled to "wake-up" at a certain time so that I don't have to go to each of my four kids' rooms to wake them. "Wake-up" turns lights on, ceiling fans off, and the thermostat up a little. And a simple "Hey Alexa, turn on bedtime" turns off all lights and turns on all ceiling fans throughout the house. And when I leave my 2 story home each morning, I do not go room to room turning off the lights behind my kids. I say "Hey Alexa, turn everything off!", and she does! ACA Electronics has been great over the past few years to offer continued support, and they do a really good job of explaining things in a way that I can understand. They also wall-mounted all of our TVs. In our great room they installed a MantleMount above our fireplace. It can be lowered to a comfortable eye-level height when sitting, but raises to above the mantle when not in use. It's really tight on the wall and a very beautiful addition to our home. Throughout the whole process ACA has been great. They gave me an itemized estimate, then gave me options without overselling. During the installation they communicated well and the follow through was excellent. They kept the house clean while they were working and the final clean up was excellent too. I highly recommend using ACA Electronics for all your Internet and audio needs! read more

Chris and Dana were fantastic. Easy to reach, prompt response and scheduling, and were very communicative with us throughout the whole process. Prices were more than fair, and they gave us quotes for future projects without giving us the feeling like they were trying to sell us more than we had asked for. Definitely recommend, and will be using them again in the future. read more

My partner and I recently bought our first house and I wanted to make sure that we had network connectivity in the spots that I wanted it in instead of running cables all over the floor. Chris and Dana provided not just a quote for the work but some ideas on how to take care of some more projects coming up soon. Finally, when it came time for moving day, Chris handled the interaction with the ATT installer to make sure that my fiber was connected in the right room. They made the work seem easy and effortless. I can't say enough about Chris and Dana and the excellent work that they did to help take care of our networking work. I'll definitely be recommending them to other friends in the area! Thank you so much! read more

Had a outdoor living room tv and sound bar installed today and could not be happier with the final outcome. They were very courteous and cleaned up all the mess. They also helped with an issue we were having with our indoor living room TV set up that was installed by another company a few years ago. I will most definitely use them again and will also recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide read more

ACA Electronics - Outstanding work - Home Theatre Installation Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

ACA was fantastic, Chris and team came and installed an OTA for us. The install was perfect and the cable run was clean and organized. The quality we are getting off of the OTA is better then we received off of cable/Dish and we will see ROI in 3 months. So happy we called ACA and we are already looking to use the ACA team to redo/upgrade our outdoor camera system. Great people to work with and you just get honest answers and don't feel pressured to buy. read more

I thought very well of Chris, who visited my home and spoke to me about installing a roof antenna (I want to cut cable). I had done some research into well-rated antennas but he told me that he had a better antenna. As Chris seemed knowledgeable, I was glad to have his expertise and to do the work. We agreed he would install ASAP (before it got too hot) and all I needed was a quote to include details on antenna and the installation (as I wanted a quality antenna and metal mount) to proceed. He told me to text his wife my email address and they'd promptly email it. Then, I heard nothing from ACA for eight or nine days. Actually, I grew concerned that something bad may have befallen this husband/wife so rather than blow it off as just another business with no customer service, I decided to call and got a voice message four times in two days before I gave up and left a voice message asking status and requested a call back. A few days later, I got an email (no phone call) with a quote for $300 (requesting $150 upfront) but no detail on antenna brand or specifications, nor detail on affixing to roof. As such, I reiterated my email request for written details of attachment brackets/method, brand/style of antenna, and product/service warranty. Dana (Chris's wife and co-owner of ACA) emailed mount detail (which were satisfactory) but she stated they don't give antenna details so customers can't hire a handyman to install instead. As I thought Chris and I had already agreed to schedule ASAP and it'd not have occurred to me to renege on my word, I was a bit taken aback by the remark about the handy man. In any event, it is unwise to enter into in a contract without clear details or purchase an item without knowing exactly what what the product is. However, based on my positive impression of Chris, I thought this may just be some sort of a misunderstanding (likely caused by email), so I'd quickly resolve by one final call. When Dana answered, I pleasantly greeted her by name but I didn't get a chance to say anything else before she launched into a speech saying she did not want this much communication with a customer on such a small job. As I had spoken to her once before today and after listening to her for a minute in surprise, I agreed that if she felt this way, it was probably not a great fit but thanks anyway. No one like to have her job dismissed as "small." I suppose I had disregarded my own inner voice which had given me pause over having to pursue as much as I did. It shouldn't have been this hard to finalize what should have been a simple service arrangement. Such business relationships are about customer service, so not being willing to clearly state the terms of a work order and describe the product prior to purchase, and becoming so irritable on the phone over a "such a small job" are not good indicators of a future, positive outcome. I was certainly prepared to leave ACA Electronics a glowing review and to recommend ACA on to my friends and neighbors, who also want to discontinue cable. I really thought it would have turned out better than it did. read more

We have used the services of ACA Electronics twice now. On both occasions, we found them to be very professional and courteous- both during the service visit and over the phone. Chris was able to clearly explain the different options for updating our system. We also appreciated that he paid attention to exactly what we wanted and individualized everything to meet our specific needs. He took time to clearly explain and teach when necessary. That he was on time and consistently up front with pricing was also appreciated. We can recommend this business without hesitation. read more

I needed to have six wired, outdoor security cameras installed, plus my satellite and internet wiring and boxes moved to a different room in my house. Chris, Dana, and crew did top notch work and I was impressed from first contact. I'm not kidding when I say this was the fastest response time I've ever had from a contractor -- Chris was onsite at my house discussing my needs and giving me an estimate within an hour of submitting my contact request. Their price was fair, the entire crew was extremely professional, and they didn't miss a detail -- down to vacuuming up the rooms where they had run new cable. They worked with me throughout the entire process, down to the exact location and view each camera would have, and stayed late into the evening to test the equipment and ensure everything was working perfectly and to my satisfaction. I feel confident that I could call them with followup questions or concerns and they would be addressed in a timely fashion. If you need wiring, A/V and home theater, security camera installation, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to give ACA Electronics a ring. I certainly plan to call them again for my next projects. read more

Dana and Chris were amazing! They just finished upgrading my indoor/outdoor entertainment system. This is a complex system with multiple outdoor TVs, outdoor audio, and multiple TV's inside. I had 3 companies come out to bid the job and ACA electronics was the best value, hands down. Even at a lower price point than their competitors, the quality they delivered was top-notch and they were extremely accommodating on schedule. Chris gave me plenty of options and delivered bids on additional items we can install in the future (very low pressure). These guys are real pros. read more
