Have used these guys four separate times now over the past four years, and it has always been a great experience. TV wall mounts are extremely fast and smooth. Just tell them where you want it placed, whether you want an electrical outlet added or cords hidden, and they'll provide the mount. My most recent project was significantly more involved, adding four in-ceiling speakers to an existing home theater for Dolby Atmos/DTS:X including running speaker wire through the attic as well as wall mounting an enormous 82" TV. They handled everything beautifully. I initially called another installer but after three attempts with no return calls, I called Craig. He was on a job and said he would call me back just like the other installer told me three times. However, unlike his competitor, he actually did call me back a couple hours later exactly like he said he would. He gave a quote and explained exactly how the install would work. His schedule was pretty full which was totally understandable since I called him on a Saturday. He told me that he could try and squeeze me in on Monday. I text him my info and sure enough I got a text from him on Monday saying he could come out that afternoon. He and his electrician came when he said they would. They were both extremely professional. Craig was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting wall placement and the best way to set everything up. They worked quickly but carefully. The pricing was extremely fair. He made sure all the wires to the components were neatly tied. He cleaned the entire area so that it was actually cleaner than before they came. The TV and soundbar look amazing and super clean. All of these reviews are spot on! Craig and Travis were top notch from scheduling to installing to cleaning up after the job. I called Craig and unlike some other professional services he is a great communicator - answers emails, text messages, and his phone - if he is busy he promptly calls you back. We scheduled an appointment about a week out and the day before Craig contacted me to a) confirm, b) ask some general questions and c) asked if I had any questions. The day of the install he texted me with a 30-minute notice and said Travis was on his way and that he would be there shortly thereafter. We had them install a 50" UHD Vizio in the Master Bedroom above a dresser (I already had the TV mount) and the work was professional, efficient and we could not be more pleased. He did a job for me a year ago, and not only did he beautifully mount a television and sound bar in my bedroom with no visible wires, he also helped me turn a regular wooden cabinet into a media center by drilling out areas for plugs. Furthermore, the system he installed looks great-- he set up a 3.1 theater sound system, hung an 115" projector screen, hooked up a tuner, PS4, FireTV, cable box, wireless router AND ran cat-6 wire upstairs to our secondary wireless hub. Beyond all of that, why am I writing this a year later? Craig is such a mensch that when I called him eight months after the original installation with a question, he picked up and answered! Four months later I had another question, and he walked me through installing a new component over the phone from memory. If you're looking for someone to mount your tv, set up your theater system, run wires etc....look no further. Craig was awesome! Craig is very professional and friendly. He is responsive which was key for me. I was able to reach him and confirm our appointment the day prior and on the day of my appointment. He told me he would arrive between 9am-10am - he arrived at 930am on the day of. I walked him around my condo and showed him what I needed done...we discussed his concerns about my project and then he began working. Craig mounted a 32 inch tv (no wire hiding); a 52 inch tv (hid wires), mounted my speakers (speaker wire already in place) and connected all of my game consoles, receiver, karaoke system, cable box to my existing tv. He was always very careful when mounting the hardware...measured, looked for studs, used a level....I am a perfectionist so I appreciated his efforts! I was very satisfied with his work and his prices are very competitive and fair. Btw- he will provide the mount and install the TV for $90! Keep in mind this does not include hiding wires, if you want that done it is extra. But it is still a great deal regardless! I'm keeping him in my contacts for future use and referrals! If there were 6 stars available I would give it to Craig. They've installed 2 well 3 TVs for me that I did not buy from them. Next time I will buy from them direct. 1 of the TVs I bought elsewhere ended up not working and Craig tried so hard to get it working but it had a bad chip inside.
