Technology has changed a lot, and fast, and the alarm/surveillance/security industry is no exception. Our original pub became a Dyezz customer in 2013 and they have kept us abreast of the latest innovations at our second location since it opened in 2017. We recently completed a significant camera and alarm system update and the results are splendid. The security cameras are much sharper, have great infra-red response at night, and now zoom, remote access is fast and simple, and alarm monitoring and notifications are safe, secure and reliable. A recent service call (rare) was dispatched and handled quickly and the technician took time to explain all possible causes for an error condition and what he had done to ensure it was resolved. We remain happy customers after more than 10 years, and are happy to recommend Dyezz to anyone who needs alarm or surveillance/security services. read more

Westley Mayhew is the absolute best! He came to our place and was extremely helpful with breaking down and explaining our security system. We just moved in and had no idea how to use it, and he was so thorough, attentive, and provided great options for us to consider. Big thank you, Westley! read more

The owner is of the highest integrity and character. We were stranded with a dead battery and asked if he could give us a jump start. It looked like he was on his way somewhere with his kids. He immediately said yes and not only helped, jump started in the best way possible, and made sure our car was good to go before leaving. His truck had a business sign on it and I thought wow, if this is how he treats strangers in need, how must he treat his customers? We are not in need of security at this moment but I'm saving this business if we ever do! read more

we have been with this company for 7 years we have both security and cameras with them. we had an issue with our cameras they came out and took care of the problem, we had a hiccup between service and the technician, but the service believe his name was Jeff went above and beyond to make it correct and we will be staying with this company solely because of that and will refer them to anyone who ask. read more

Very responsive. Very competent. They found the problem and got it fixed in a very prompt and profession fashion. I would highly recommend them for their services! read more

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dyezz Surveillance and Security! I serve as our church's president and am in charge of our new build in Hutto, TX. I contacted Dyezz Security to evaluate our security and building access needs and was impressed by their team's responsiveness to our requests. A representative met with us on the build site and was able to listen to our needs and advise us on recommended options that would fit not only our requirements but also work within our budget. The entire process from the initial call through installation and equipment training has been stress-free and professional. We can now access our cameras remotely as well as use Dyess' remote access door locks to even unlock doors from anywhere with an internet signal! This is a huge plus as we are not only able to control who has building access via the app but also open the facility on an as needed basis without having to have a keyholder drive to the building. We found Dyezz Security to be an excellent value for our needs and have been continually impressed with their industry knowledge and professionalism. I would strongly recommend considering Dyezz for any of your security or facility access needs. Paul Morgan Christ the Rock Church read more

Alarm pad "died". Got appt. for service within a couple of days. Wes (we kidded since I have a "T" in my Westley and he does not) was very knowledgeable, helpful in explaining what was needed and got the new panel set up quickly. He also changed some settings to make the system more workable for us. A stand was needed for the new model and although he did not have one with him, he delivered one shortly thereafter. Great service!! read more

Steven did a great job setting up our office security monitoring! Looking forward to using Dyezz for fire monitoring as well. Fast, thorough, and reasonably priced! read more

I found Dyezz online - needed to disengage Honeywell Alarm. Never activated it in my home and years later there was this chirp coming from a sensor. They came out and took care of everything. They are a bit pricey. Charged a trip charge plus $100+ hourly fee. But customer service was great. Sent them a photo of system so they could bring right parts. read more

We have been working with Dyezz for the past four to five years. They are prompt, show up when they say they work cleanly, and get it right the first time. Their pricing is fair and affordable and their customer service is second to none. True professional EVER time! read more

Last week Dyezz Surveillance and Security had many mis steps and asked me to review them on work they had not completed. They were very apologetic and immediately sent a team out the next day and were able to resolve our security issue. I was very impressed and respect the professionalism that was provided under this circumstance. They have regained my confidence. They have provided me with a quote to complete some more work and I look forward to providing an outstanding review. read more

They still deserve a perfect star rating after 8 years of being their customer. They're always available to help, never make us wait, and their customer service is beyond exceptional. There is no other company (of any sort) that we deal with that comes close to this level of service. I pay 1/2 of what I used to for 1000% better everything! Use them. You'll be a customer for a life too! read more

Wes was an outstanding technician who quickly and efficiently replaced all my batteries. Thanks, Wes!

I was just emailed by Dyezz to provide a review on no services provided. This is definitely a first. They showed up after I contacted them 3 weeks ago and provided them with documents of the architecture with very specific video surveillance issue that was cut and dry that needed to be remedied. Money was no object. 3 employee showed up check out the situation and they all left without letting me know. I am still baffled by the entire situation. read more

Fraud. Deceit. Rip off. I quit using them when the equipment I bought failed a few years ago . They wanted 15,000.00 to upgrade. I said no. They turned me over to collections after several years of no service because I didn't pay for the non-service. Excuse me? I did not sign a contract to pay for non-service. I did not even sign a contract for service. I bought the equipment. Paid for remote viewing occasionally. No contract signed for anything. Beware! read more

Matt, Craig and the entire crew have just been awesome to work with. From the install of our company's security system to support after install, they are always super fast with their communication and you can tell they really care about their customers. I can't imagine that there's a better outfit in town for commercial security services. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. If you have this company for your alarm you are paying for nothing. Here is what I sent the company as my reason for cancelling: Hello, today I set off my alarm on purpose to see if you would respond. You did not. I called dispatch. They said they didn't know if it got set off or not and that your "service" people would have to call me back. A couple of months ago my maid accidentally set off the alarm. She said it went off and then just stopped going off. You all didn't call me. I called in and you wanted to send a technician immediately but I was not home. When I called back I inquired if you were going to charge me a service fee to come out since you had just recently (within a few more months) sent a service person when the alarm had malfunctioned then, the woman said she would find out if they could reset it from your office. She never called back, but I thought that she had reset it because it made a beeping noise when I opened the door and the alarm was set. I have no idea what actually happened or if it has even worked since the alarm first malfunctioned many months ago. I can say that for months and probably many months I have been paying for an unmonitored system. Your customer service is beyond atrocious. I didn't know anything was wrong for years as I just went about paying hundreds of dollars a year because nothing ever happened so I didn't know how awful you all were. Every time I call I am told no one is available and someone will call me back and they never do. And for a long time you had only one person answering the phone and he acted like he was suicidal every time I called to try to get my system fixed. read more

For decades a national firm provided us with both burglar and fire alarm service. We grew dissatisfied with the increasing rates and switched to Dyezz. They modernized our system and we have been very pleased with its performance. Recently we began having difficulty setting our system, but fortunately Wade and D J were able to come out the same day we called. They replaced a transformer and another electronic component, reset our codes, and were on their way. Fortunately, we subscribe to the company's annual service plan so there was no extra cost to us. The number of break-ins we read about on Nextdoor seems to have increased recently so having a top notch system is reassuring. read more

Fantastic local company with responsive and courteous staff. You won't be disappointed.

Most dishonest company I have dealt with. Avoid at all cost. They will attempt to continue billing you months after you have cancelled service. read more

Awesome customer service! If you have any issues they will fix it right away!! Steven did an awesome job!! Keep up the good work!!

After having 4 failed attempts with thr company who installed our cameras. Dyezz treated us as if we have been customers for years. After setting up a seamless appointment that worked around our schedule. They came in and realized the prior installation was done incorrectly and quickly had a solution to fix the problem. Only after recommending the neccessary repairs, they quickly had our cameras working again. They definitely went above and beyond what a company would have to do. From the first call to the completion of the work, their customer service was top notch. Matt came in and not only ensured things were back to normal but ensure all your questions were answered. I would highly recommend Dyezz Surveillance if you are looking to install or have problems with your current system. read more

We are not review leavers, but our experience leads us to make an exception in this case. At our previous home 10+ years ago we had a better experience - but since our installation in a new home in 2017 and service since that time we have had a very bad experience. Initial installation was incomplete, we had to call and ask about placement of motion sensors and while a tech was scheduled to return and did so, the hardware install had obvious sloppy drywall cuts and spackle work. It was cosmetic so we just lived with it. We had a few years of relatively uneventful service, until a failure of the system, the panel became out of sync and stopped reporting any zones. We called several times over the course of several months and were always forwarded to the voicemail of apparently the only tech who could investigate these issues. After repeatedly reporting the issue without any resolution or indication of action, we felt we were being charged for no service at all so we cancelled. The accounting department attempted to collect despite our having repeatedly sought support for a reported issue and subsequently cancelling service. The service manager then tried to say that they had attempted to contact us to arrange service, taking a screen shot of an email that says they did so - we never received any messages regarding scheduling service. After having to report to the accounting staff that we did not want to pay for service that was not provided and that we had been attempting unsuccessfully to seek support, they continued to attempt collection and threatened to forward to collection agency. We finally relented and paid for two months we were billed after having tried to repeatedly raise all these issues just to end our relationship with this business, and never have to deal with them again. read more

Amazing customer service and quick follow up times! I've been using their services at my home and business and couldn't be more satisfied.

They did a great job installing a full system: cameras, keypads, motion sensors, glass breakers, door and window sensors, etc. They are very responsive, they trained us on the system immediately after it was installed. I would highly recommend them. read more

This company was great at the beginning. The customer service sucks and is not helpful. This company has continuously scammed me for money. I have been paying for something I don't even have for three years. They will get your money in every way they can. They are sneaky. Full warning! read more

I'm in the market for a new system and upon calling the number listed on their site i got a disconnected line. I also called the 24/7 number and received no answer on the 24/7 number. Not the kind of company I would want to go with that doesn't answer when they say, they answer 24/7. read more

We've been using Dyezz for monitoring our home alarm for several months. The service has been great, and we've got no complaints. We recently purchased a new home, and I called to set up service at the new address. There was a slight scheduling snafu (scheduler told us 8am but actually wasn't scheduled until 9:30am, and they accidentally sent installer to our OLD address), but other than that, the experience was great. The installer was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure that all of our questions were answered before he left. All in all a great guy. Would have loved to have given these guys 5 stars, but with the scheduling issue, I just couldn't (although I'm thinking the problem was an anomaly). But at the end of the day, I definitely recommend them for home monitoring - no contract and only $15 a month! read more

I had the owner out to my home to give me an idea of what I would need to set up an alarm system. He was patient and helpful, and I have to say, the monitoring fees are about a third of what I was quoted with ADT! Also, no contract was required, and the equipment was much less expensive than I was quoted from a handful of other companies. read more

Great local company! Installed a 5 camera IP based system in our HOA park over 5 years ago. The system was installed outside in the Texas heat and is still working today. Most of the cameras are the same and the computer DVR is the same hardware. We only had one camera go bad after the warranty and Dyezz came out and replaced it with a better camera. We had wifi connected to it so we could remotely access the video feed and provide free wifi in our park. We had more issues keeping the wifi running then the camera system. Even when the Time Warner wifi was down, the cameras continued to record in the back ground. We have used the video recordings over the years to capture some criminal activity and solve some thefts in the area. The owner John Dyezz is a great guy and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all our needs are meet. read more

If you want a Texas-based home security company that offers cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service, you should give Dyezz Surveillance a call. Their employees are knowledgeable, very professional, respectful and efficient. They take their work very seriously and make sure their customers are happy. This is rare these days, in case you haven't already noticed with your current security company. Yea, that one. The one that sells you things you don't need from people you don't know -- and they don't know, either! Installation of our new system took approximately one full day, and during that time they not only removed the "other" company's useless hardware, but they made sure that the new equipment they installed was discretely placed, and thoroughly tested. They left no stone unturned. I highly recommend this firm and plan to refer business to them whenever the subject of home security comes up. Thanks! read more

I wanted to THANK Dyezz Surveillance, for such a great team of Professionals!!! I have never had such great communication with any other security company. And to many times Great goes unnoticed!!! We have had 2 very reputable companies before, and have had to sign contracts and then still had hidden charges added to our bill ,or increase in monthly monitoring during the contracts! John Dyess, has trained and knowledgeable professionals on his team. From the original tech service call, or just help on the phone with my keypad, no one has ever been more polite to me on the phone or in person! And now that we can monitor our home from our phones or computers, what more do we need to fill secure at home. We have used them for 5 years, and could not be happier I have referred them to all my family and friends for job well done! Thank you again, Sandy & Cody read more
