Since it was a different store, I was more than happy to pay a second time. But the lady at the counter insisted that she did not have the software to print it to passport requirements. Again, thats fine (although annoying), if you don't know how then you don't know how. My issue was with her attitude. I am coming in as a very patient customer who has already paid $20 once to have this service provided, and willing to pay again. And this lady is acting like I ruined her day by even asking.
