Frankenstein told me I didn't need a data transfer with a motherboard replacement and charged for labor and parts which was pretty straightforward. I estimate I saved $200 on the motherboard replacement or $600 if I had to buy the new computer. Repair took about a week (through a holiday), but was reasonable given they had to order a part. They communicated throughout the process. I definitely will go back!

Nerds in a Flash arrived late on a day that I was tightly scheduled and asked for considerably more than they had originally estimated (exactly the same job/problem I had described to them)... but redeemed themselves by cheerfully solving my problem and agreeing to the original estimate. We walked in looking for a specific firewall, and Christian helped us find everything that we needed in the store.
