That response, combined with ignoring two previous messages, was enough for me. Very poor communication and customer service overall. I would not recommend this shop and would suggest going to a more responsive and professional repair business instead.

As her phone was being repaired, a deeper problem was found that required ordering a part. What could have been a frustrating situation that could have elevated the temperature of the customer, turned into a calm exchange. The store also has other things like phone cases and phones.
