Never had to leave a negative review for a place but they sent me off the edge. Horrible customer service. They are trained to be assholes and have no respect for their customers. Their bogo deal is a total scam since most shoes for some reason don't work for the deal. Bought my shoes anyways. Came home realizing they didn't fit well. I went to return/exchange them for the right size and the person at the register called 3 different people to deny my return because they were "worn". The only place they were worn were inside their building but they said I need to go clean them and try again... I had wipes so I wiped the bottoms down and then they tried to tell me; since I said I want an exchange they can't return them because they are "worn" but will do the exchange? Makes no sense but I said ok anyway because I'd rather have a shoe that fits me. After I found my size the shoes looked exactly how the ones I returned looked after trying them on and I showed them and they smirked and laughed like they knew what they were doing all along. Worst customer service from a store manager. Maybe my own store managers set the bar really high because of how respectful and accommodating they are with returns/exchanges/anything at the checkout desk, but this woman was a bitch with an attitude. Another employee or some sort of manager went back 3 separate times to "fix shoes" in the area we sat in waiting on another friend to show up. Clearly must of thought we were trying to steal a pair of shoes. More annoying she couldn't just ask if we needed help nicely or start convo if she thought any theft would take place. She just kept bringing her annoying ass back "to clean up" the same clean section in an empty store. Horrible experience. read more

I found Adidas Adissage Fade Red/Black model footwear for only $25. I didn't find my size. They told me I could order-online-instore for free home delivery. Went into store to compare prices on Nike slides after spending time looking throughout the mall. We had finally found a pair that the only sign in sight was $19.99. So we (me and my husband ) Had went to purchase them, as the cashier has began to process or purchase, he then stated that my total would be $32. I told the cashier ( don't know name because wasn't wearing name tag) that the price of where they had been was $19.99. He stated " well I didn't place them there, maybe there in the wrong place," I said "yeah with a full size run of same shoe" . He insisted that customers placed them all there. I then told him if I could speak to a manager. The manager "Juan" came up to the register and ask what is the issue. I told him the sign that is listed is not what I'm being charged. Juan then asked if he could go and look, I told him go right ahead. He came back to the register with two signs one that was $34.99 and one that was $19.99. And said that the $34.99 was the correct sign. I said well that makes no sense because your associate just told me that my total for the purchase was $32. So you both don't know the price. He then stated that the price is listed on the box which price on the box is $32 and the discount would be taken from there, I said ok so why is it that when given the total it's $32 so which is it because I don't see a discount ??? He then stated that the customer placed them in the wrong place, I said yeah along with a full size run of the same shoe. He ( Juan ) continues to argue and be rude , so at that point I had just asked for the manager he said he was the manager. We ended up just leaving because not going to argue with someone who doesn't know there prices that are listed and not give us the correct price. We had call the customer service line but still have not received any reply back. Overall bad service would rate them zero stars. read more

I stopped by today and asked for help since I could not find shoe size Breeana (Associate number on reciept is 091742) I think it was her name was very disrespectful she not only slammed the shoe but also asked me twice for shoes size since I told her size I needed it was shoe on her hand she refused to look for box until I gave her size verbally, then she gave them to me like saying here is this what you were looking for? Her body language said it all, I told her can I pay now I am ready she ignore and started helping other person thats when I told her you are rude I am in customer service and I dont do that to my customers she just rolled her eyes, she needs training otherwise you will loose frequent shoppers like me. Today I went here to get new shoes. I have purchased many shoes here so I thought I would have a chance of finding something I liked. I picked out a pair of white Adidas shoes to try on and saw that there was scuffs on them. I went to find another pair of the same shoes and they were even worse. Brown dirt on them and the box they came in was completely destroyed. The box wasn't even held together anymore. I found about three more pairs of the same shoe and they were all dirty. One of them had brown dirt on the bottom so they were clearly worn and once again a messed up box. I showed an employee the shoes in the destroyed box since they might have been the worst pair and she just stared at me and walked away. I went to ask another employee at the checkout and he just stared. I left the shoes at the Adidas display area and decided to go to another store because I clearly was unwanted. When I walked back there over an our later, the shoes were still there. How lazy are these employees? If a customer shows you dirty shoes and you just don't care, don't work in retail anymore. I hope people pay attention to the quality of shoes you are buying because clearly this store is money hungry and will sell you filthy shoes in order to make profit. I don't think any reasonable person would buy a $60 pair of shoes that are not in new condition. I honestly regret not photographing the shoes because it was just ridiculous. I wish I also had both employees names because I only know on of their names. All they had to do was take the shoes away because nobody should be go home with dirty shoes. At the very least they could have actually said sorry or really anything in that moment. I don't think I am going to this store anymore after this. That upsets me because I genuinely loved coming here. I just can't give my money to a place that seems to be fine with selling dirty shoes. read more

Ohhhhhh Alex The Manager... if I could rate this store a negative star I would due to your customer service. Today I went to Off Broadway Shoes to make an exchange and a return. An employee had to get the store manager to complete this transaction. As the manager walks up she has a mean unwelcoming look on her face and doesn't even greet me. Right away she says what's going on what's the problem. Coming from a store manager, that is not good customer service what so ever. As I tell her I needed to do a exchange and return she gets irritated which I don't understand why, I had my reciept. Anyways I exchanged a pair off Adidas for another pair of Adidas that were the same exact price and she charged me 3 extra dollars saying the shoe cost more, when I asked her to show me the price of the original shoe I was returning, she hesitated and gave me the price of a different cheaper shoe I had purchased in the original transaction. She asked me if I wanted a reciept rather than giving me my original copy n a new copy back like anyone else would've since I had other shoes I purchased on the original copy but instead she throws them away.. very sketch.. before I leave the store I tell her to have a great day just tryin to be nice and she gives me a dirty smirk. Very unprofessional for a Store Manager and I will never be purchasing shoes from this store again due to Alex's terrible service. read more

I'm currently shopping in the great mall! I went into Off Broadway Shoes on hopes of finding the perfect boot for school. There it was, the perfect boot! There were only two pair left! I looked up and the 30% off so I thought great so I go to the cash register lady (Ashley) rings and then it says it was regular price so then I told her no there was a sign right above the shoe and it said it was 30% off she said they made mistake so she walked over there and I followed behind her and she said that it was a mistake in that shouldn't of been there and I said well can you honor that? Being it was false advertising, she said no then I asked to speak to the manager (Jenny) came out and I asked her if she could honor the price. Jenny (manager) quickly said those are cute but no we can't. Then she quickly snatched the tag down! I declined on getting the boots and left! I too also working retail and we have also mistaken we have left tags but we also honored the tags that we leave out because it's our fault. I've shopped with that storm anytime experience I just want people to know that it was false advertising! FYI I took before and after pictures of the sign! Proof in the pudding! read more
