Shoe Palace - On sale for $9.98 - Shoe Stores Near Me - San Jose, California

I was next door with one of my friends getting our nails done and since I got done first, I quickly popped over to Shoe Palace to check out their selection. I've been meaning to pick up some shoes for my husband but just haven't found the time. As soon as I walked in, I was quickly greeted by all the staff -- I think there were a total of 4 team members on the floor (this was on July 4th). A younger sales guy approached me and asked if he could help me look for anything specific. I explained that I wanted some comfortable Jordan's that were all black or mostly black. He helped me narrow down some options and I ended up purchasing the black Air Max 90s. The store was well kept, the staff were easygoing, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. That's how a Shoe Palace shopping experience should be. Great job, Team Tully. read more

Shoe Palace - Shoe Stores Near Me - San Jose, California

Walked in with my girl and instead of a welcome greeting like you normally should get, we started getting dirty looks from the 3 employees. Whole time we're in there they don't even acknowledge us being the only ones there. We then asked for a size waiting for a while, meanwhile they're just all standing behind the counter doing nothing. Overall really bad customer service experience making this visit uncomfortable definitely don't recommend nor will be back. read more

ShoePalace is a good store I went there they had a limited shoe collection but didn't had my shoe size but there customer service was ok

4 lazy workers on Sunday 11/14 at 3:30 PM. Non existent customer service. No greeting or acknowledgement when entering store, didn't even bother to look up to see if anyone needed help and in fact seemed like they were trying to avoid contact so that they could do as little as possible. All 4 employees were standing around the cash register chatting while there were 3-4 groups in the store looking around for help. We would have picked up 3 pairs of shoes but there was no one to help us... These 4 should be fired. I guess to them minimum wage means minimum effort.. Will continue to just buy shoes on Amazon read more

The service that was provided to my husband and I by Melissa was nothing short of amazing. She was patient not rushing. Prices were also amazing and well worth it. read more

We came here looking for a specific shoe that the Eastridge Mall didn't have. This was in the same plaza as FoodMax so parking was not bad. It was a Saturday afternoon and there were some people shopping here. There was a good amount of shoes here but as far as show brands are concerned, there were only a select number like Nike or Adidas. If you're looking for some other shoe brand then they might have it here. They sold other things like jackets and jerseys besides shoes. This place was okay for buying shoes and would check it out if other shoe places didn't have the shoe I wanted. read more

Terrible customer service!!!! Came in to buy some Jordan's for my daughters birthday all was well until the girl helping me stoped to talk on the phone and beg some guy to bring her lunchI was seriously upset and trying to be in and out. But this was the only store that had my daughter daughter size so I stood around while the other worker was helping multiple customers finally had time to help me. The other girl just stood on the phone. When I paid I seen another pair I wanted when I asked if they had a size the girl kept ignoring me and finally said there men's only I said okay do u have --size she kept saying men's only I said I know and kept saying a size . I just left irritated. I will definitely not return to this location or maybe even another shoe palace . read more

When I called she was very friendly had a great customer service and even said their location This is one of the best shoe Palace San Jose

Went into the store ready to buy some Nikes, was greeted like normal, started looking for the pair I wanted to buy, had to get one of the guys at the counter because they were more interested organizing the store than to sell me a pair of shoes, the shoes I wanted they didn't have my size, went to choose another pair went again to the counter to call those guys at the end I had to call them to get me different shoes like 4 times because they kept going to the counter. Seems they were not interested on selling shoes today so disappointed this happened today Thursday around noon read more

Carlos (who picked up the phone) assistant manager was extremely helpful and nice. I reccomend this location

Here I go again with the shoes. I went here with my cousin after our meal at a fast food place. We ended up walking to this store, attempting to burn off what we ate. Apparently we didn't burn much. The store was not busy at all. There was a very good selection of shoes here. The selection was so good that I was able to find another diamond in the rough. The sales associate was very help. As I was making my purchase, he offered me to use his employee discount if I wanted to purchase some apparel to match the shoes. I'll definitely come back here. The staff here is very cool. I guess my sneaker collecting has come back with a vengeance! read more

Worst experience ever! Asked for a shoe sized and they brought me back the wrong size and yanked a shoe out of my hand when I was also going to ask a size for it. We went up to them to ask for another shoe size and got ignored until the 3rd time repeating ourselves. They were just overall super rude and not accommodating at all. read more

I recommend this store for the quality of service I received there. The manager Joseph is outstanding. He took care of a problem we had with another Shoe Palace (Eastridge Mall San Jose, Ca). Eastridge gave me a pair of two right foot shoes. I didn't notice it until I got home. I called the manager at Eastridge and was told to bring the shoes in and get my money back. I told them it was a great inconvenience to me to go way back there. Also they were for a function that same day. I asked him if I could at least get a discount on another pair of shoes or at least some store credit and was told no, they can't do that. I called another Shoe Palace nearby, at Tully Road corners, and was told by the manager to come by he would give me a 10% discount on whatever shoe I would like to buy. Long story short, I bought the shoes at the Tully Road Shoe Palace with the 10% discount. They have gained a loyal customer here. The manager Joseph, is outstanding and treated me as a customer should be treated. read more

My Online experience with shoe palace was horrible. This company has a hard time keeping customer satisfaction, I am very disappointed about my order . There has not been a tracking number but a confirmation of payment! I would like a response right away. I been calling your customer service line which goes to voicemail, like who does that? I would hate to have to come down to San Jose I am a Bay Area resident . I see a lot of customers also complaining . I don't think I will further be a customer after this experience . If I receive my order I will update this review. read more

hello there ,this is for all those who are planing to purchasse online .. this is my advice..dont do it.. let me explain, i purchasse a nike adapt shoes as a gift to my husband (400 $ plus tax plus 15$ shiptment) i placed the order on november 29, 2020 . the shoes arrive yesterday january 15 ,2021..(more tha a month later) and kip on mind that they make you paid 15$ for the regular shipment which is supouse to take not longer that 10 days.. on top on that the left shoe is defective.. so as you can notice i have not one but two inconvenience so far. i called to the customer service 1888 772 5223( because youre not able to return the item on any store).. in order to have a prepaid return label ,for my awfull surprise i was told that they dont provide a return lable with no exceptons for anything..even when the item is defective as my case.. so i ask for a supervisor ,after speaking whith two diferent persons one of them a supously a supervisor (henry)..the answer was the same.they wouldnt charge my the restocking fee but i will be the one responsable for paying out the return to them (wich is 80$).. so this is my sugestion..do not purchasse anyting on line or you will paid the ultime price !!. this company is a big scam. * they dont provide you warranty for a defective item * they wont send the item on the time that you paid for * they would charged you a restoking fee * you will paid for the return label kip this on mind when purchasse online on shoe palace read more

Where do I begin...... the girl with piercings on her face is very rude and disrespectful. Every time I asked about a shoe or if they had it in my size she would act like she didn't hear me, or she would say they don't have my shoe size. When I asked to speak to a manager her reply was I am the manager and laughed so I said what is your name then she quickly said she was the assistant manager and called for her friend that was also rude and had an ugly attitude! I just don't understand how shoe Palace still has this girl working for them I will NEVER go back here they don't know how to be professional.Do not come to this store on TULLY UNLESS YOU WANNA ARGUE OR BE DISRESPECTED!!!!! read more

Looking for a decent pair of basketball shoes for my 11 year old, without spending $100 on them. Phoned over to the shoe palace to find out if they had anything in his size in my price range, and they wouldn't tell me how much their shoes were, just saying that I should come in and look. The employee on the line insisted that it's company policy not to discuss price. They're either lazy or ignorant. We live in the internet era, where companies widely publicize their prices online. The Shoe Palace website says "Relaunching Soon" while other companies' sites are open for business. Whomever is responsible for business development at Shoe Palace clearly needs a lesson in customer acquisition and retention. My money will go elsewhere. read more

The best shoe palace out of all of them! My boy Andy always takes care of me, sellers there are trained well, and aren't annoying like at the other shoe palaces. Great prices, and huge selection! Big ups to Andy for holdin that store down. read more

I came in frustrated about a shoe that didn't fit right. It was extremely uncomfortable. I was kind of dismissive and persistent of what they were trying to tell me but Isaac calmed me down and after hearing what I had to say he assured me he would take care of it. We began to look for comfortable shoes then I was assisted by Candice, she was extremely bright, knollwlegable and helpful. Overall I overreacted because of my situation and they took care of it like professionals. IM DEFINITELY COMING BACK! read more

So me and my daughter go into the new shoe palace right next to Macys. She finds the shoes at the display priced at $100.00 We go to pay the total comes out to $120.00, I asked why the 20 dollar tax? He said sir sorry these shoes are $110.00. He can't sell the shoes even though they had tagged them at $100. I asked why he said even though he was the acting manager and that he couldn't change the price because the register wouldn't allow him too. I said if I gave you $200.00 for the same shoes would the register allow you too? So we walked out and bought the same shoes upstairs at the Nike Finish Line for $120.00 at least they didn't change the price at the register. Avoid shoe palace if you want to be happy this Xmas!!!
