We called to see what was happening and Bob left his restaurant and came to open just for our kid! The crazy thing is they were broken into the day before and so glad we could buy some things and help support. He helped us choose good beginner wheels and trucks and expertly helped us cut the grip tape. He even gave my son a mini lesson to get him started before skateboard camp.
