So very disappointing. Use to come here now can't do it anymore. It's Sunday night not feeling to good just want my comfort food. Can't believe how busy it was. There was only one table. We sat and waited. I had to get up and ask for service. I told the server what we wanted and then I guess she forgot all about us. 2 other tables who got here later than we did were served and eating. We had been forgotten. I got up and we left. The pho is good but can't do the being ignored and forgotten about. Please hire more staff. read more

This place is awesome!!! Food was delicious! I had the pho soap with seafood. I had so much that I ate till I was full and I still had food to take home for another meal. It was around 7 dollars for all that. I love the atmosphere and everyone who works there is very attentive. I came here for lunch in between class. I ordered a Vietnamese ice coffee and number 52 which is red rice and a small hen. This is usually my favorite at a pho restaurant. I got my ice coffee right away which was to my liking. Sweet and creamy. The chicken came out and everything looked good. I ripped it open and took a bite and it was cold. Upon closer inspection it wasn't cooked all the way through. I sent it back. The staff was really nice and the rice tasted good. But now my stomach is uneasy. read more

Best Phò I've ever had!!! You don't even need to add any sauces to it it's so flavorful. And honestly the best Thai iced tea I've ever had. The egg rolls come with lettuce that you wrap around them and their dipping sauce is fantastic. I bring everyone here all the time and each person loves it. Every time I go in this place, these people are rudddddddddde. What happened to go old fashion customer service! Food is decent, had better pho in other place tbh. They don't ask you for refills or if you need anything you always have to chase people down to get something. Wish there was other pho closer. I have to go to highland for better pho. i just eat at Ocean Pho new rest in redlands - owned by these people. i never give lower than 5 star. Never in any restaurant have i been so insulted. When i tried to tell them that the calamari was like a rubber band and very expensive for 7 pcs. they said nothing. then i stopped in redlands and again told them - they offered nothing. I called the yucaipa location to talk to a manager - tried to explain it to them - they hung up - twice. This restaurant does not deserve your business. there are so many restaurants serving good food and offering great service. we eat out every day and this is the first time i have ever encountered this type of service - they list the owner as a Thomas lee. i am going to attempt to contact him. read more

Had an AMAZING experience at Ocean Pho earlier tonight. Came here on a a whim while in town and even though we live an hour away we'll definitely be back. I had the shredded chicken pho and my boyfriend had the orange chicken. Both dishes were really delicious. The broth was packed with flavor and there was a ton of noodles and chicken in my soup. It was 100 degrees outside and I have absolutely no regrets getting a pipping hot soup for dinner. The orange chicken also lived up to the expectations we had going in after reading reviews. Other than that we ordered the egg rolls which were tasty and I had the jasmine iced tea which was delicious. It's unsweetened and light and the perfect summer drink. On the way back from getting some apple cider, etc. we saw this place and decided to check it out. A Pho place in Yucaipa? Pho was good. Soup was thick and rich not runny, noodle was al dante. Bun used thicker noodle than most places, still good though. Wish they sliced cucumbers thinner... kind of interfered with overall taste with bit thicker pieces than expected. Atmosphere was lively, servers (looked like entire family) was happy to be there and i got good vibe. Courteous service for sure (not necessarily prompt but you can see them trying), and even when my kid spilled water on table, there was no rude looks, etc. Whenever, I swing by for Forestfall, etc, I know where to get good warm food now :) I can see how this place can become great place if they can jkeep doing what they do now :) read more

Hit or miss. Went about a month ago and everything was perfect. Went Last week and ordered the same thing- Miss......................... Make sure you get the soft noodles on any vegetable platter .. The hard noodles are just that. Will break your teeth. Whats the point? Also this last time service was VERY slow. Took about 45 minutes......
