Came to this place late at night cause every other boba shop in Temecula was closed. Driving up to the spot I was a little confused on exactly where it was; For some reason OBOBA is a little hidden and after trying their drink I can see why. If you've never had boba before it wouldn't be terrible, however if you've had any other boba and I mean any... you'll be able to tell how truly shit their boba is. The drink is very mediocre and warm at that, the boba was insanely soft, the texture was just completely off and to top it off it was more expensive than all other boba shops I've gone to. read more

I would give them a 5 star but I just found out that my favorite snack is unavailable. Why? Also the hours have been real confusing. But maybe they are going through a change or something. I love their drinks! I decided to try them out since it's located in the same shopping center I work in. Came by and picked up a few drinks for my team. The employees are friendly and the owner is so kind. They have a sense of urgency and are so friendly. I myself, am not a huge fan of boba but I am now! Oh and their decor/ ambiance is impressive! my sister and I would always order from here but not with the recent experience we had with the manager. we ordered on door dash and Justin who was working 6/24/24 forgot to put boba in my drink and it was literally just milk no thai tea flavor. The ice was not even blended and was chunks of ice. Ive literally had the thai tea musltiple tines refer to the picture. It does not look like anything. The avocado was sugar water. He was apologetic and stated we could come back and they would make it right. That he was soooo busy with the rush of orders. Because you are busy it doesn't give you the right to loose quality on what your customers pay for. I called today and she called me back stating the manager did not approve it and she refunded for $3 for the boba. The drinks were not drinkable! Imagine losing hundreds in business because you didn't want to make drinks right and correct the mistake of your employees. That is poor business. read more

The customer service was great, The workers were so sweet and made small talk and did a great job getting the items I ordered finished quickly, The tapioca pearls were fresh and very soft along with the matcha brûlée crème being very fresh, the matcha flavoring had the perfect ratio of bittersweet, the atmosphere and shop was very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing, the shop smelt sweet the entire time I was there. I had also ordered crepe cakes which were good but a bit cold, regardless very delicious. I also ordered a kimchi rice ball and it was very good, It wasnt too spicy and it had a crunchy outer layer of rice, it was seasoned well and the mozzarella inside was melted nicely. 10/10 shop, I would recommend :) read more

Still here waiting for a 3 piece donut after almost 40 minutes with barely any customers inside. Asked the girl up front how long it would take and she went back to ask the girl making them. They already actually had our drinks sitting in the counter but never offered them to us while we waited. Girl taking our order didn't seem like she wanted to be bother as she carried the conversation with another customer. 2/10/24 9pm I'm sure management can check the interaction. Top tier drinks. This place was one of few places that were open and the drinks were good. Was driving from LA and wanted a refresher on my way to San Diego. One thing I have to say about this place. BUSTING. I'm picky with Boba shops and usually if the boba isn't made the way I like it then I won't go to that shop. This place's boba is the STANDARD. It's fresh, not overly sweet, doesn't freeze and turn into a rock. Anything less than this is a crime. I got the winter melon which is a good way to test if a boba place is good and lemme tell ya. We got a crème brûlée coffee and a love potion fruit tea. Both were absolutely delicious! The kimchi fried rice cheese ball was pricey but delicious nonetheless. This place is so cute! Love how the owner designed and decorated the place. We will definitely be back! read more

The first time my son and I came here, the lady was so friendly and helpful. This time was completely opposite with the young man working behind the counter. Not helpful at all when I was trying to remember the drink my son had ordered last time that had the word galaxy in it and had lemonade. I saw one with "galaxy" in it, but knew that wasn't the one we ordered last time. I asked the cashier if he had another drink with the word Galaxy in it or any with lemonade and he said no. I ordered a drink for my son and then saw the one I was looking for on the menu. Of course my son didn't like the one we ordered, so I ended up paying for a second one since I had found the correct drink. I have also never had a cashier stand face to face with me and watch if I was going to tip or not when I signed on the iPad. I always tip, but that was so uncomfortable and honestly made me not even want to leave a tip. I left a tip the first transaction, but did not the second time when he stood there and did the same thing. We will not be going back and it's a bummer because we really enjoyed our first time there. read more
