This was our first experience eating out since the diagnosis, and I was nervous about how it would go, but Sushi Spot (and our very kind/helpful server) made this experience easy, and we are reassured that we won't have to completely give up eating out. My partner had the large hot sake which he loved, and then a tuna maki roll and the omakase nigiri. Same thing with his maki, fine nothing to write home about, but he loooved his omakase. They didn't tell us what was on it but I think it was albacore, salmon, salmon roe, mackerel, yellowtail, and tuna. He said it was some of the best tasting fish/nigiri he's had in a while.
