The ladies at Oasis Nail Spa know exactly what they're doing. I've been coming here since I moved to Austin in September and haven't gone anywhere else since. I've had Lee & Kim (and request them) as my nail technicians and both are very professional and experts at what they do. I always get an SNS manicure and come back every 3-4 weeks. I've never left the salon dissatisfied! Will definitely be continuing my patronage here. Keep doing what you're doing, guys read more

This place and Duc really saved the day today. After leaving Organic Nail Spa on Riverside in tears. Oasis hooked me up with the most gorgeous nails I've ever had just in time for my wedding. ONE OF THE WORST PEDICURES. My friend and I came in because we were in the area, and after our services I regret not driving to our usual place. First the water was cold then the nail tech used a buffer for my cuticles but didn't cut any and she took a long time. I literally had to re-file my nails and trim my cuticles at home. She didn't ask me if I wanted my nails cut either. It's one day later and I can't stop thinking about how disappointed I am. PLUS they charged me $10 to take off gel and then $10 for gel polish and did not inform us. $20 on top of a $50 poor manicure was not what I expected. And on top of poor, expensive service, we weren't even offered anything to drink. My friend and I won't be back. read more

I used to love coming to this salon but the last two times I've made an appointment and they still made me wait an hour to do my nails. They then rushed to finish my nails in 30 minutes so it took almost 2 hrs to get a manicure bc they took walk ins before me. They gave me a discount for the wait but I won't be coming back unfortunately as this is the second time this happened. read more

Overall disappointment. First visit, I ask about the wait, was told 15-20 min and they set me up in a pedi chair and I start soaking. 1 hour later I'm getting a pedicure. Thought I'd plan my second visit and called ahead. No wait, but this time I also wanted a manicure. Usually I get gel but the tech talked me into SNS. I have friends who love it so I tried it. It looks nothing like my friends SNS experiences. It's SUPER thick, with rough edges around my cuticle. I asked for a little more attention around my cuticles and to thin them out twice, what I got was still thick uneven acrylic looking mess and a bleeding cuticle. read more

I have been coming to Oasis Nail Spa and getting SNS and pedicures routinely for about a year and a half now. Kim, Jenny, My, and the rest of the Oasis Nail Spa team consistently do a great job on my nails. I recommend booking ahead because they do fill up, but they are always able to get me in at my scheduled time. The pricing is very fair especially when compared to the prices I have seen at other nail salons in Austin. read more

I love Oasis Nail Spa! Kim, the owner, is amazing at any service you need. I exclusively go to Kim, but all of the technicians are talented! Pedicures, gel manicures, SNS, they can do it all. I'm so glad to see them open during this time, but I know business is slower than usual. Please go visit them and give them a big tip! They deserve it. read more

Kim from Oasis is INCREDIBLE. She takes her time on my SNS manicure no matter how busy they are and I always leave in love with my nails. The last time I got them done they lasted FIVE weeks without chips, breaks, etc. I only got them redone because my nails had grown out so much. Seriously, don't waste your money anywhere else; I've been around and they're the best. They're also good at getting you in last minute and not having you wait too long to be seen. read more

Always happy with my nails when I leave! Reasonable prices and great service. They take walk-ins, but I recommend making an appointment.

I just had my second manicure here and I've got to say I've found my spot! First time in I got a pedicure and an SNS manicure. That was the first time for the SNS powder manicure and it was like magic. Super smooth and shiny and lasted forever with ZERO chipping. I swear I could have used my nails as a screwdriver they were so strong. Today my previous pedicure was still in fine shape, while my nails had grown so I went in for my second SNS. Kim, the owner, saw the shades I was considering (there are a ton to choose from) and suggested one that fit me perfectly that I probably would have overlooked and I love it! Both times I've had different nail techs and they were both good. Very friendly, clean and efficient salon! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Went in for a simple acrylic coffin french set and acrylic white square toes. Ended up with wonky beige ballerina nails and ugly rounded white toes. No hand or foot looked like the other. It took 3 techs and a receptionist to simply shape my nails, which still ended up curved and not straight like the coffin shape I wanted. Spent over 3.5 hours here and then they tried to charge me almost $200. I explained how dissatisfied I was, and the receptionist responded saying I should have said something before they finished. I politely repeated what I was looking for every step of the way to everyone who's hands I ended up in. I told her the most I was willing to pay was $100. She still took her time talking to the others and said there was nothing she could do. So I pulled out a $100 bill, set it on her desk, and said that's all I'm giving them- take it or leave it. And still! She continued to waste my time. I ended up walking out as she comes back and says "fine, we'll take the hundred." I only went here because it's a two minute walk from my place. Will not be making that mistake again. read more

When I first went in the women were rude and aggressive when it came to positioning my hands and feet. These were my nails three days later. The week before my gel manicure did the same exact thing. It just peeled off. They did however fix them for free. read more

We now have a true Oasis on the east side! Great salon/spa with amazing service. I used to see Kim at another nail spa and when she opened up this new place I was going to follow whether she wanted me to or not!! I have been getting SNS nails and pedicures from her for the past year plus and no one is better. She pays close attention to what I like and to making sure my nails look great. Never left her chair less than a 100% happy. Everyone here is friendly and does great work. The spa is inviting and pretty. They do more than just mani pedi so check them out! Happy to have such a great place to go! read more

I had a really bad experience here with a new technician who made my hands look like an actual nightmare- scary shape and product pooling in the edges of my nails. I was shocked by the result- especially for almost $50. I called to speak with the manager the day after and explained that the nails were very distracting to look at and it was affecting me professionally. Owner Kim thanked me for letting her know and redid my SNA herself the same day at no additional cost. The redo looks great and has lasted 2 full weeks! Thanks Kim. You have a new happy customer. I will be back! read more

The nail technician was in such a rush to get done that made my super stress and almost wanting to leave half way. The nails do not have an even look and there are bubbles in some nails, my fingers still have blue paint around them. I would actually love to go back and get the nail polish removed. **Updated review: I went back to try to get the shellac off as it was simply horribly applied and get my money back. They don't offer refunds. The owner ended up setting me up with another technician who removed the Shellac and did SNS, nails look good now, but I find it strange that they don't issue refunds for something that was their mistake. At that point in time all I wanted was a removal of the shellac and my money back since I didn't trist **Updated review August 11th. After roughly 15-17 days of the SNS, powder whatever technique is called that the owner convinced me of. Is already chipping of and it has cracked. She said it'd last more than shellac (which typically is 15 days), that it'd last about a month. Seriously, ladies, take your money and business elsewhere, not worth the headache. FYI, this was done "by the owner's favorite technician". Which might be truth but the products used are such low quality that after 15-17 days my SNS mania is already ruined. read more

Was excited to try this place out because of all the good reviews. However, after leaving disappointed in my $33 nails, I've decided it's just another place to get a crappy gel manicure in Austin :/ have yet to find a salon in Austin who can do good gel, correctly. Plus side is the inside was clean and organized. *update* it's day 8 and 4 nails have already chipped. Added a picture of it read more

We were visiting from out of town and came here to get mani and pedi. This nail spa is very clean and professional. I really loved their selection of gel nail colors, I've never seen such a good selection ! My manicurist was super detailed and took the time to make sure my nails were perfect. My pedicure guy didn't do the best job but he was still very kind a professional. I would recommend this place read more

They were sweet and apologize a lot but in the end I had to settled for what they did. They are good for toes but not enough attention to detail to do nails at least not mine. I have real nails & long ones but for some reason they "built" up my nail. They offered to take money off, I asked instead of a discount can you just make them look uniform as possible. Unfortunately they couldn't; some nails are much thicker than the others and some are rough. Keep in mind this is after I went back twice in a 15m period... they need better lighting. Top coats only on part of the nails... made me sad. I wanted them to be my one stop shop but they are not read more

Tried out Oasis after reading great reviews, and I was even more impressed when I left! From my first call, the staff was accommodating and honest with timing. This space is new, decor is modern, and the chairs were great! I was able to get in quickly for a deluxe pedi (color is still going strong 3 weeks out!) and a SNS mani. I was super impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their talent. I was able to check out some of the work that the staff had done for some KILLER stiletto nails with some amazing nail art on the customer before me. True #nailgoalz. Meanwhile, I was getting a gilttery SNS, and I felt taken care of the whole time, but excited as they explained the pros of SNS. Did I mention how many SNS colors this salon has? SO MANY. And I was told they just keep getting more. My nails are still going strong, but I'm ready to go back for another visit and to play with some new colors and nail art. I highly recommend this stop for reasonable prices, wonderful service, and GREAT results! P.S. This is a small business and I am so glad to support the team! read more

While they did an okay job with my nails, I explicitly said that I wanted just a color change on my nails. I said this twice to both the receptionist and her. They didn't even use lotion on my hands to massage, it was very half-done as they were rushing to close (also emphasis on the color change and not manicure). When I told the receptionist that I had not asked for that, she said they sometimes use cuticle oil for massages!? That is 100% not true as I have come before. They treated me horribly and even pointed right at me at the end and then lied. While nails turned out good, THIS WAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, with snarky comments and lying to just get me out of their hair. read more

I've been going here for months but I can't anymore. Each time I go in, I notice than when a woman of color walks in and asks for a service, the front desk person always says they are too busy and sorry about that - but then minutes later a white person will walk in and they will take them or say we are busy but can do one service instead of two. It's been bothering me but I wanted to make sure it was a real pattern and not a one off thing before I decided to stop coming and post here. It has happened the past 3 times I have gone. This same situation happened this weekend where I noticed them turn away a Hispanic woman and then accept a white one while the other woman was pulling out of the parking lot. I cannot in good faith recommend this salon anymore. read more

I've been to a few nail salons in the east side and this is by far my favorite place!
