This is definitely the best Oakley store I've ever been to. Shawnas great attitude and customer service made my visit complete by customizing the frame and lens as I wanted them. I tried a few on display but wasn't to happy with what was in stock. Now I can't wait for my Turbines to arrive! Also, the store was very Clean and Organized, Employees wore their mask and only allow 4 customers at a time. I'll definitely be back for accessories! read more

I came in looking for sunglasses for outdoor activities, especially fishing, and really liked the selection and interchangeable lens options. There are a lot of choices, though, so having someone knowledgeable explain the differences makes a huge difference. The first associate who helped me was excellent. He explained different frames and lenses, including options for fishing, and made the experience fun and informative. Unfortunately, he had to leave and another associate took over. After speaking with my wife, I actually returned a second time ready to purchase a new pair of Radar EVs along with additional lenses for fishing and everyday use. When I asked questions, however, the associate gave vague answers, went back to checking merchandise, and eventually pointed me toward the customization screen instead of walking me through the options. The store itself is clean, has a great selection, and I really like the products. I just wish the second interaction had matched the first. When someone comes back a second time ready to spend money, a little more product knowledge and engagement can make the difference between browsing and making a purchase. read more

We were looking to buy the meta vanguards. Sergio was so helpful and didn't make us feel rushed to make the big purchase. Unfortunately we didn't buy that day. We researched more about them and came back to deal with Sergio. He wasn't in any time we came in. All I can say is the customer service was HORRIBLE! These employees were down right rude. I literally was asking a question when the female just walked away from me! But thankfully Bestbuy took mine business with no problems. Love my meta vanguards read more

We shop here very often and would consider ourselves loyal customers, but have ever yet to post a review. Today, we received great service from Michael. We went in to exchange a pair of sunglasses and he heard our needs and offered the perfect suggestions for us, even pulling items from the back to fit our needs. Absolutely went above and beyond. Thank you Michael! Oakley is lucky to have you on their team!! read more

The store is well stocked, easy to get to and the staff friendly and helpful. Went in for a gift for my husband and Michael was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. So much so we went back a few days later for new lenses on my daughters Oakley's (didn't even know this was an option until he helped us). Plus a pair for my son. Highly recommend this location and if you get to work with Michael you are lucky! The best experience in the store in years of going!!! read more

It's Oakley so quality is great for sure just wished the service side was a little better. I've had orders lost, wrong items ordered by staff, delays and I'm always met with unapologetic staff and a lack of care for the inconvenience. I've spent a lot of money here or glasses and warranties so just wish they treated returning clients better than they do. Staff has never been rude so that's why I will at least give them a 3 star. read more

I came to Oakley looking for prescription sunglasses that met my needs for daily life. I set an appointment with Andreas and he was the best man. I wanted something to use as a daily wear, but that I could also use on the occasional golf outings. He knew exactly what I needed and led me in the perfect direction. He was super personable and made the whole experience feel like 2 friends talking. I will definitely be back for a second pair. Thanks again Andreas! read more

This Oakley Store is located at the Victoria Gardens Shopping Center, specifically a couple doors down from The Art of Shaving and L'occitane. When I came inside this store this afternoon with my husband, we were immediately greeted by Lee, the employee behind the counter. What brought us in today is the on going family & friends' sale (30% off all purchases, through April 1), so thought we would just browse to see if there is anything we would want. Now one thing I have to mention is that Oakley is wonderful at offering sunglasses and glasses frames (for prescription lenses) for those that may be lacking a nose bridge, Asians in particular.... this is why they have a particular "Asian Fit" line for this reason. Now being Asian, I have this problem when I wear glasses and sunglasses. Both will slip off my nose, which is quite annoying. With "Asian Fit" frames, the nose piece extends out a little bit further and may have an added nonslip grip on the nose and on the arms of the glasses. This particular location has a bigger selection of glasses and sunglasses than the location in Glendale (was just at that store yesterday) so I was more than happy to find a pair of sunglasses with the "Asian Fit" feature and decided to buy it (was originally $130, prior to tax, but came out to $91, prior to tax, with the family & friends' discount. My husband also decided to get a pair of sunglasses with polarized lenses. What is really neat about getting sunglasses at Oakley's, you can customize it to the colors you like. So my husband picked the frame style and color, lens color and the "O" sign on the side of the frames color as well. Customizing your sunglasses actually does not cost extra and the employee in the store can put it together for you right then and there (So you do not have to come back another time to pick them up). After the discount, my husband's sunglasses came out to $140 (prior to tax). Lee, the employee who took care of us, was very helpful and patient as my husband was deciding between a few different styles of sunglasses and colors. He gave my husband the attentive service and attention during our entire visit. He was also very easy to talk to and was excellent at answering our questions. Because of his service, I will more than likely come back to this particular location for my future Oakley in store purchases. read more

I bought some custom made sunglasses here in late December for over $200. But I also saw a jacket on sale for half off that I liked but wanted it in black. I asked the sales people and they promised to call me when they got it in. Three weeks later they still haven't called so I drive over and ask about it. they still had my particulars but didn't have the jacket. The girl at the counter said she could order the jacket. But when I asked about the sale price she said no deal. It's pretty bad customer service when they mess up and then refuse to clean up or even apologize after the fact. I could have gone to another store, and gotten the jacket at the sales price. Instead I trusted these guys and now they insist on full price. Two thumbs way down. read more

Right when we walked in we were not greeted so we already the employee was annoyed clearly. We came in to switch out lens on glasses that were purchased here. We asked and the employee was like well what do you want like dude we just told you what we needed.. then he didn't show us options! Like are you clocked in or not CESAR! ugh! Wby work if you can't satisfy customers that are paying money for this shit. Horrible experience. Make the drive to the other store. Didn't offer to replace lens either. Until I spoke up then he was like oh okay.. like why have bad energy if you don't like when I do it back! read more

I love oakley products and will always come in here if I'm at the gardens. Every time I come in the staff is always super nice and smiling. This last weekend they had an awesome special, which I was able to get 40% off my entire bill! So I got my future wife her first pair of Oakleys that she wanted, and of course a new pair for myself. They even through in some soft cases to make the deal even better. Thanks! Life time Oakley buyer read more

Manny and Christian hooked it up. I have been buying Oakleys for about 10 years now. This is by far the best store I have been to. My husband and I went to this location today; both with the intention of purchasing sunglasses. We were approached by an employee who haphazardly directed us to sunglasses that I was interested in. He simply pointed in the direction of the glasses towers, but did not lead us there. After repeatedly asking this employee where EXACTLY the glasses were, he seemed too distracted with chumming it up with other male coworkers behind the register desk, as well as non-employee female subjects. This was extremely irritating, as we did not feel of high-priority for any employee present. It really would have been nice to have an engaging salesperson to assist us, rather than feeling like we were interrupting a tinder date. Needless to say, we left the store very unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism and poor service. read more

Great customer service by the crew at this location Manny, Nick and Ashley thank you so much for taking the time to give Joe and I a class on 1O1 "Oakley". Thank you again Manny and the crew. read more

Horrible customer service, one of the associates told me they didn't have what I was looking for, but saw some of the style I wanted on the sales floor. Never want to refill the bottle of cleaner that they said they will refill whenever you run out, twice now they've sent me to sunglasses hut. And the associate was very snobby, acted like he was too good to help me, I'm going to find a new store, I'll never go back to this store again! read more

I was at first excited to want to learn about the specialized sunglasses. Since I was not familiar with the products, I had to ask questions. Employee, Kristin, was not patience and was frustrated with me since I could not understand the a certain lenses are good for trail riding instead of road. The other employee appeared to be more friendly, but was not the one helping me. Kristin needs more training in customer services. read more

Oakley made quality sunglasses in the past and would replace frames-lifetime. Now there is a warranty qualification litmus triathlon to prove your glasses were not broken because of manufacturing. I dropped my oakleys three feet and the frame cracked: seems like bottom-dollar plastic to me. I remember when oakleys could be dropped from an airplane (literally--my extreme adventures tortured oakley products) and the frames would not break. Seems that Oakley and its shareholders may have succumbed to the "we must stay competitive in the current global economy" greed-based-propaganda. I am finished buying Oakley products for good! First of all I really like my new pair of Oakley's but, at the price of being double charged it wasn't the best experience I've had with Oakley. After showing the cashier my double charge right after the purchase, she informed me that I would need to wait and see if one was voided. If so, I would need to call back and they would be able to fix this. So once both payments posted , I called the store back and was informed that I would need to come back to the store and, "If they couldn't fix it I would need to speak with my bank..." either way be carful, and maybe have some cash on hand before you purchase at this location ... read more

I bought a pair of Custom Sutros. I am a die hard Oakley fan. And these glasses are amazing, as are all their frames , but the employees were phenomenal. The associates helped me out and made sure to spend a near hour with me finding the right frame and finding the right colors. Literally an adult LEGO store but for glasses. Nice guys but terrible service, didn't seem to know much or know how to assist. I had to let them know it was ok to call another store to see if they carried what this location didn't have in stock. Man these employees need to learn how to talk to people. I think you are in the customer service industry? Came in to purchase a pair of glasses and was told no one had these glasses but they could order. After explaining that my boyfriend had tried them on before in another store they were so sure that no one had EVER carried these glasses in store. 100% wrong. I watched him try these one a month ago in the Brea store. The point of this is don't be RUDE. Find another job. You seem miserable and uninterested. read more

Went to the Oakley store today looking for a few pairs of glasses. A few. I'm always outdoors, and the product has always been excellent. Walked in, no one assisted. At all. One other customer in the store. Never offered any help. I was trying different ones on, and no "can I help you find anything" at all. When I finally did inquire, I was answered rudely and condescendingly. I was told they didn't have what I wanted, and that another product was no longer endorsed. Funny how other stores still have them. I called their Brea store, and was told my product was in stock. I will NEVER shop there again. read more
