Here I am again at this corner coffee shop. I walked from Gate 25 to enjoy a box of delicious chicken pesto- it has thin sliced crust and is so delicious and toffee nut caramel iced latte! This is my treat today so I will be zzzing on board my flight! I sat by corner with an electric outlet so i can charge my phone while waiting to board. This is just oh lala perfect for me!

Customer service needs a bit of improvement. Was barked at twice and why do I have to provide my name if you are not going to use that as an identifier for my order? This is an airport - people are stressed out and are just looking for a little comfort in coffee. It would be a nice complement to that coffee if the staff didnt add to the stress.

Undrinkable coffee.

Coffee is undrinkable. No flavor and very weak. Cafe au lait was ordered. It was definitely more water than coffee. Threw it out.

Coffee and snacks in OAK terminal 1 next to the walkway which leads to terminal 2. We stopped by today for drinks on the way to our gate. We were able to order our drinks using the touch screen. The drinks were good, but they took a long time to make them. This wasn't a problem for us today as we had plenty of time before our flight boarded. Happy to return to support a local business versus a national coffee chain.

I haven't had a lot of luck with food in airports. Having said that, this is a good cafe. My espresso was good. It's a dark roast. Yay. I'm pretty picky about my espresso so it's tough to be rated as great. The avocado toast was surprisingly good. The avocado was fresh and perfectly ripe. I would get it again.

This is definitely the place to go if youre looking for breakfast in terminal 1. The vanilla latte was good, not burnt espresso. I had the avocado toast for breakfast and it was fairly plain but good for airport food! 4 stars due to airport pricing.

Waking up early and arriving at the airport at 6am for a 7:30 flight, I needed my morning cup of coffee to get my day going. After settling at our Gate 21, I set out for coffee and after passing one gate, I came upon this coffee shop with the Oakland oak tree logo. It looked busy, so I decided to give it a try. This was the Coffee Collective of the local Oaklandish brand. They offer coffee, teas, canned beverages, pastries, breakfast toasts/sandwiches and salads. They utilize local food supplier, like Starter for the breads and pastries. For their coffees, they use Nebula and the dark coffee, was their Mothers Tongue, which I tried at the Yelp's Paints it Red event and I love it for its bold dark roast. The line was only two deep and I got a large cup of the Nebula Tongue and I was happy. Found out that Oaklandish's coffee offerings features a rotating list of local coffee roasters. That's cool that local roasters are featured and get showcased by Oaklandish. If you're in Terminal One, give Outlandish a try.

Staff: They were friendly as expected. Quality/Quantity: I got a danish which was a good size, tasty, and fresh. The coffee was good. Value: Fair considering at an airport. Overall: I'd stop again the next I pass through this airport.

I found myself at OAK*T1 on an unholy early morning hour to catch an early morning flight. With a little over one hour to kill before boarding, I thought I'd get grub. Peet's was the other alternative, but I wanted to support something more local-ish. And that's how I ended up here. The deal of the week (salmon+dill cream cheese toast and 12oz coffee) seemed like a great choice, so I got in line to get just that. I asked if I can sub the coffee for an iced matcha latte. "No, no substitutions." I'm not a coffee fiend, so this deal was immediately kaput. I figure I'd just settle for a drink, so I asked for a 16oz iced matcha latte. "It's morning, coffee only." (Did she really JUST say that to me?) Like it wasn't bad enough she said it: what made it worse was the manner of how she said it. I get that it's early, fine, but no need to throw attitude so quickly within the first hour of opening. So, I replied with, "Well, my stomach has no idea what time it is, so can I please have the iced matcha latte?" "No, we have hot only." So I pointed out that their menu shows "Espresso and Cold Brew." "Sorry, our blender is broken." She could have just said that to begin with. I was irked, but thanked her and walked away empty handed. Not a good way to start the day. I usually fly SW to and from OAK and most their flights take off/land on T2 (this is one of those rare times they're at T1) so I don't anticipate finding myself in this area anytime soon. But if I did, I may just find myself skipping this place for... well... anything else, really. First impressions are important. This place failed at it. Sadly, another to add on the one and done list.

Stopped by for coffee. The vibe here is nice. The music the atmosphere etc. The food smells so good. It seem to be only one worker so I used the self serve kiosk. It was so easy to navigate. I chose the iced strawberry mocha. I was expecting it to have a strawberry taste but it was just syrup. I was thinking it would be a powder or something either way it had no taste. The drink was made pretty quickly. Overall it was still good. I'd check then out again.

I think we can agree that airport prices are high. OCC's prices are lower than a lot of airport prices. We found their coffee delicious. My Avocado Toast was tasty, and my partner licked his breakfast sandwich. The music is contemporary Oakland Hip Hop. The line can be long, but you can order via QR Code, which puts your order in sooner than if you stand in line. There aren't enough tables because they are so popular. I love that they support local businesses. We will go here again.

I had a breakfast sandwich that was pretty good. They have a decent variety of pastries. The coffee IMO was not that great. Tasted very plain and simple , nothing really special or anything that stood out that would make me want to go back. You are better off with sticking with Peet's or a different hole in the wall. Service also wasn't the greatest but could appreciate the fact that they sold their merch there

Took a bite already of the farm egg, cheddar and chicken apple sausage sandwich

We ordered on the tablet near the front entrance. Some of us wanted our drinks to-go, so we ordered those separately at the register in the back. I ordered the Pesto Egg Toast and an iced Horchata Latte with oat milk, less sweet. The toast was yummy, and the portion was perfect for me. It was enough to make me satisfied. I liked the sunny side up eggs and pesto. The latte was also good. I could really taste the cinnamon in the drink. Even with less sweetness, it was still relatively sweet so I'm glad I adjusted it.

It was also very filling Miscellaneous: - Parking is available via metered street parking (free on Sundays or weekdays after 6pm) - Indoor and outdoor seating available - Good for pairs and smaller groups (might be able to get away with pushing two tables other to fit 6-8). Most tables fit 4 - Lots of food and drink options - Casual ambiance - some people were working and some were brunching

I came in around 8:30, a few tables outside had people drinking their coffees and eating breakfast. When I walked in, only one guy was waiting for his order. There was only one person working. The service was not good. I stood at the order counter for 5 minutes, I looked at the lady, she looked at me, and didn't offer a high I'll be right with you. I understand she was the only one preparing coffee and food. I'm not trying to complain about the wait, but the lack of acknowledging a customer to say it will take some time. I finally ordered an iced latte. I do think they have some creative drinks, but I know they are usually too sweet and I just opt for a plain iced latte instead. It was an ok latte, nothing amazing. They have a bulletin board for people to post their flyers or business cards. There was a card on the board that said A.W.A.R - All woke are retards. I'm sure that's not the view of the establishment. I do think they need to screen the board from time to time.

We get it iced and made with oat milk and it is indescribably delicious. I came in earlier this week and was disappointed to learn that the Orange Creamsicle was considered a seasonal special and is gone. They have great menu items. We ordered the egg salad toast with chili crisp. The egg salad was rich but not much - was it made with kewpie mayo? The market salad with apple slices, Gouda cheese and candied pecans those with sherry vinaigrette was perfect for me! My extra treat was the pandan latte. It's slightly sweet with some jasmine and coconut notes. So delicious! Can't wait to come back!
