Homemade Asian noodle dishes are amazing, especially since you can control the ingredients, spices, and additives! But it starts with freshly made noodles readily available to buy by pound at Oahu Noodle Factory in Kalihi. This salmon-pink building puts out a plethora of assorted noodles that are listed in the doorway (with a pictorial if you need) such as: Chow Mein, Pancit, Saimin, Chow Fun, along with quite an assortment of wraps. Peek your head in, and you see a light dusting of rice flour on the floor. You're quickly met by someone to take your order (use the job aid at the front; I use my hands to show them approximately how much I want). They disappear and return with a bag(s) of your noodles. Parking is on the side of the building (driveway of the former BOH building), and probably best to carry cash (it is still king)!

Fresh noodles and cheap price too! What more can you ask for? Street parking only. Just park in front, run in and run out!

I've been coming here for so many years to buy pancit miki for my family. Last time I came here was probably when Bank of Hawaii was open right next door, I'm not a Bankoh customer, but before they closed, customers like me would park there if the security guard wasnt working.  Now the parking is even trickier because you'd have to swing curbside to grab your noodles, or if there's other cars like this afternoon, I parked on a side street a block away.  The lady whose been working here for years isn't the friendliest, but she gets all the orders you need in the right amounts really quickly. She was nice enough to give me a box, and I had to a ask her nicely to borrow her hand cart. As thier business is a noodle factory, don't expect customer service as they're not a noodle restaurant.

This is my new go-to place for buying dumplings wrappers and noodles. Great customer service and variety of noodles. Hard to find parking but owner said it was ok to temporarily park in front of the store.

Good selection of noodle products. Have tried the HK Saimin, HK chow Mein, thick saimin and mundoo pi. Made cake noodles with the saimin. Came out good but would have been better with regular saimin. The chow Mein was ono. Precooked so you just have to wok some stuff and mix in the noodles. The mundoo pi is a little thick for me, but it is good for frying. I like to eat mundoo in soup.

My mandoo!

My go to place for mandoo pi! My mom used to get her mandoo pi from another place and I followed her lead but that place closed up shop years ago. I had to try out a few places before discovering Oahu Noodle Factory's mandoo pi and now I will not go anywhere else for the wrappers. The pi has a nice thickness, decent stretch and I have kept the wrappers in the fridge for 5 days they were still fresh. I am always amazed that this teeny, tiny place cranks out a wide variety of wrappers and noodles at high volumes. I will call an hour ahead to make sure they have 15 pounds of the mandoo pi and they have it all ready to go! It is cash only so heads up on that but they are next to a bank. I have not tried anything else there because when I am home for the holidays I am the designated mandoo maker so I am focused on the pi. Based on the quality of the pi I am sure everything they make is good.

I have always gone to this noodle shop to pick up pansit miki. I love the fat noodles when making pansit. I also ordered won ton pi for steaming dim sum. It was my first time making it and did not know if it was going to work out. But it did!

All I can say about eating at the - "Fun Station" is that it's more fun when eating with a friend,…read more& getting a 20% discount.........well, that's just an extra bonus! So the thing about coming to Fun Station is the "suspended flying noodle thingy" which I didn't go for, but if you like Instagramable stuffs, then I supposed you would probably go for that flying-noodle dish. As for me, I mainly came to try their Minute Chicken Cake Noodles, and as a bonus......... I actually got a 20% discount thanks to my friend - Jennifer C. who let a Bruddah know about da DEALAGES in da Sunday food section newspaper, as they had a coupon! The Sunday morning when I came with my friend, I can clearly see that this restaurant was thriving, as every table in the restaurant was taken. Fun Station specializes in noodles, but if you're not into that, they do serve other items like - soups, vegetable dishes, rice plates, & porridge (jook). Upon looking over the menu, we ordered the following items - 1. Frrrrrrried Chicken Wings ($9.95) for an appetizer 2. Minute Chicken Cake Noodles ($17.95 - minus da 20% coupon DEALAGES) 3. Beef Brisket Tendon & Won Ton in soup ($18.95) What can I say about da grub??? Da chicken wings came out hot & crispy. Although they featured only "flats" vs. drums (I like drums), I must say da wings was nicely executed. As for the Minute Chicken Cake Noodles.........nicely plated on a fancy smanshy panda plate. The cake noodles weren't drowning in gravy, so the noodles stayed crispy on the dish. I really liked how they did this dish, and would easily come back here to eat it again. My friend had the Beef Brisket Tendon & Won Ton soup. The dish looked good, and there weren't any complaints, so I take it that it was pretty ono! Overall, a very satisfying meal and the service here was on point, as the staff was friendly & very efficient. Easy 5 stars for the Minute Chicken Cake Noodles! Chance 'em!

That was the first thing we ordered and the waiter asked if we've had it before so they could make sure that they presented it as the picture show it. We also ordered the chicken wings, salt and pepper pork chops, garlic, bok choy, and the salted fish and chicken fried rice. Everything was so delicious. Food was promptly delivered, and staff was very friendly. It's also BYOB and there's a Foodland in the parking lot so that was a plus as we went to the store to get some alcohol. Restaurant is very casual with about 10 to 12 tables. They were pretty busy when we arrived, but they moved with the quickness to make sure everyone got their food timely. I love the presentation of the flying noodle, although I was in a fan of the dish itself as it had a little sweetness, which I wasn't a fan of. It was just OK to me. However, everything else we ate was tasty and decently priced.

The texture is more enjoyable when eating. Flat noddle - would have prefer to be more wide in size. Had the beef noodle classic -flavor in broth was decent, but could use with additional pickle vegetables to bring some sour and cut the richness of the broth. beef itself was very tender and came in separate bowl. Breakdown easily. not spicy at all though. next dish tried - was the pickle fish noodle - first time trying to dish anywhere. Surprisingly preferred this over the beef noodle. a little bit of sour, but just the right amount with the creamy broth mix. This with the chewy noodle was bomb. Highly recommended* price - reasonable for quality - but could have more noodle for quantity*

We had beef chow fun (thick noodles) and a rice-noodle soup with pork and picked cabbage. Both dishes were very good. The chow fun was smoky, as if cooked on high heat, and the rice noodles were nicely spiced. The rice noodles came in a delicious broth.
