This is, in my opinion, the best dinner restaurant in Concord. I usually sit at the bar when I am down here for business. The service is good, and I had two fabulous, back to back meals. One was a honeyed salmon with rice mixed with veggies, and bok choy. It was absolutely delicious. The next night I came back and had a amazing burrata salad with an addition of salmon. The place is often crowded, which speaks to the good food. read more

Even though this is a frequent stop for my husband and me, they always come up with new specials to try. Last night we brought my stepson and he had the catch which was scallops, lobster and other amazing items. He couldn't stop raving about it. My husband had his usual filet and I had the Ahi tuna from the dinner menu. I have never had a better flavor plated combination as I did with this dish. All the flavors work so well together for a truly delightful tasting experience. Additionally, the front of house staff was spot on and sat us quickly with genuine warmth and care. Our server, Jennifer K was amazing as always and was very attentive to her other tables as well. read more

Stopped in Last May. Had a great experience. Chef David stopped by our table to say hello. Food was excellent!

What a wonderful place to eat. After a long day of traveling and a hectic hotel check in (which was upstairs from this restaurant), my traveling party was hungry. We decided to give O Steaks and Seafood a try because it smelled so good and it was very late. We made the right choice. Not only was the food excellent, our server LeAnn took such good care of us throughout the meal. When we were leaving as the restaurant closed we were heading out into the dark when Bill asked if we needed help back to the hotel. He showed us a path that we didn't need to go out into the dark. I really appreciated his kindness and helpfulness especially since I was traveling with my elderly mother. I recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Avoid the calamari it's overbattered and salty. The steak came out lukewarm but the duck confit ravioli was ok. The prices were way too high for the quality of food. The best part of the meal was the Brussels sprouts side. read more

O's continues to slide downhill. The once revered wine cooler is now a bus station. The ambiance is that of a local bar longing for its previous glory. The interior needs to be refreshed. O Steaks & Seafood - A mess at O's in Concord, NH - Seafood Near Me - Concord, New Hampshire

This is one of my favorite higher end restaurants in the Concord & Manchester area and has been for years. They always have creative food specials in addition to a well rounded menu. Their martinis are some of the best around as well as having a good draft beer & wine selection. I love the atmosphere and the bartenders are top notch . You'll spend some money here for sure but not over the top amount of money & it'll be well worth it. I give a solid 4 stars and most definitely recommend O's for an enjoyable apps & drinks, lunch or dinner experience! read more

O Steaks & Seafood - Bulleit Manhattan and Grey Goose Cosmo - Seafood Near Me - Concord, New Hampshire

Use to be a solid place to get a great steak. The last 2 trips, the sirloin has been the toughest piece of meat to chew. Quality of the steak has gone way down hill. Service is always awesome, Karen is the best and is always attentive. This was at the Laconia location. read more

We have eaten there in the past with no issues but this time the food let us down. Food was very over cooked, (beef tips and chicken) and over marinated to the point there was no taste other than marinate. This left us thinking we should have gone somewhere else instead of paying higher costs. I saw someone had a post and had an issue with waitress Shane ! She was great with us, attentive and friendly. No complaints on service and or the Ambiance. We have a "top five" go to and we eat out pretty frequent. This won't make the list for a while. read more

Where do I start with my experience here? First, this was my first time coming here despite living within walking distance and it will be my last. I asked the server, John R, for a sweet wine, they had no moscato so ultimately I asked for a Reisling...what I ended up with was a Pinot Grigio. We got the "chips". Every bite was a mouthful of salt. We had to physically wipe them off with a napkin. The server wouldn't know because he never returned. We took our cards out to pay and he walked by us at least 6 times with no acknowledgment and even though his trainee pointed out that we were ready, he walked away and they chatted at the host stand for at least 3-5 minutes. We never got a bill and he just took the cards. We paid $40 for some chips we couldn't eat, a beer, and a wine I didn't want. When we left, the server nor the hostess said goodbye or thank you. I have zero reason to return for overpriced food and crappy service. read more

Positive - the drinks were good, as was the service. Negative - overcooked filet, the prices for food, and the horribly noisy atmosphere. Both locations have disappointed so we will not return to either. read more

The host had an odd and off-putting manner. Bad start. My steak was undercooked and sent it back. Food was ok at best. The whole experience was staid and so not worth the $$. Never again. read more

Table of 4 to celebrate a birthday. The booths had rips in the seats..not a good look for a steakhouse charging $50+ for a streak. Also they have these tall lamps the middle of the table that you have to look around to see your party across from you..weird? We ordered 2 sodas and water and placed a dinner order and then proceeded to wait over 57 minutes for our dinner. Absolutely no communication from our server if we wanted drinks refilled or an update on the wait time. Steaks arrived and one was so burnt we had to send it back. Oddly the manager brought the steak back and asked what was wrong with it?? It was so burnt we picked it up with a fork and it was stiff..ribeyes shouldnt look like a shingle. They did take it off the bill and the rest of the steaks were very good. The other ribeye was cooked perfectly and the flank steak was very tender. It really was just poor service that ruined our dinner. The service was disappointing and embarrassing because we recommend the place for our friend's birthday. We go to Os about 4 times a year to celebrate events but with ripped seats, burnt food and poor service...just 3 stars this time read more

Drink quality---horrendous. Reminds me of the quality you'd expect from a bar training class: most drinks are so gross, they're undrinkable. Prices---top quality places in NYC and Boston charge less, and for well-made drinks, no less! O's gouges you, while serving crap. Service---mostly nice people, but working for an owner who loves to close up shop---with NO warning---1 or 2 hours before the published closing time. Why? Nobody knows. Just be prepared to show up, see a bunch of customers still finishing up their drinks and meals, and yet the door is already locked to new customers! read more

one steak very undercooked. returned it and chef snickered. almost raw. another was very cold. $330 bill. service was poor. won't return.

I have been coming to the restaurant at least once a month sense I have moved up to the concord area i have never had a bad meal or bad service the cuts of meat are always good and so is the service most of the time we sit at the bar and again I'm always greeted with a smile and good customer service I always recommend to anyone in the area place is almost always busy so get there early !!! read more

Service was poor, our server was Shane and she was absent for a majority of our dining experience. We had to get up and speak with the hostess for assistance and putting in orders because our server was MIA. The meal, however was incredible. I highly recommended dining here for the experience. The quality of the food certainly improved our experience and saved the waitress from a low rating. read more

Went to O's with a large group. We had good service, hard to rate that, as its so common that everyone is light on staff these days. Apps were the Chips & Blue Cheese, Dumplings, Meatballs and all of them were very good. I had the Chicken over Jambalaya which was excellent, albeit spicy. I like spice but others who got it found it too spicy. Perhaps a note when ordering, that it tends to be spicy would resolve this. Desert, COFFEE CHEESECAKE.... Next time I am back in Concord, were going there again. read more

I'm giving them 3 stars because the ambience is great and the drinks (although pricey) are strong. The food has been cut back to a smaller menu and I used to love the calamari appetizer, but now it's drenched in sauce, and the lobster Mac isn't as good as it was like 8 years ago. Great place to go for a cocktail, but if you are craving delicious food I'd recommend elsewhere -- the prices here have gone up a lot and the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill. read more

Very poor menu, food was bad and expensive, the service was ok, I don't recommend it.

Food was excellent when I first started going there in 2018. The cocktails were excellent as well. Both were worth every penny, which is quite a lot. Over the years the food has gone down, but still worthwhile most of the time. Service is always good. The ambience is good which is okay. It's more lively than annoying. I recommend it for special occasions. read more

I had a customer recommend we go here and I was very disappointed with the meal overall mainly the steaks. Even in the post-pandemic world of overpriced, mediocre food, this places takes overpriced mediocrity to a new level. Bland steak, wedge salad with the lettuce barely visible beneath the tsunami of blue cheese dressing -- but, hey, the French fries were good. Avoid. read more

This place never disappoints, I have come here on multiple occasions and every single time my food and the service have been amazing. The food here is amazing... staff not so much. Had a reservation for a booth and when I got there I was told I couldn't sit there since it was reserved for another party that hadn't even arrived yet. I tried to explain I had reserved it, but the hostess still wouldn't allow us to sit there. Snobby and classist. But the food is worth trying if they let you in. read more

It's a dead heat between O's in Concord and Hanover Street in Manchester. Exceptional service, incredible steak and seafood. We walked in without reservations and the host found us a table within 10 minutes and he simply didn't have to do that. That's true customer service, right there. read more

Meals at O are ALWAYS great! Service and staff are excellent, the menu, along with specials are top notch. The bartenders & drinks are the TOPS. They crush it every time. We are there 2 times this past weekend - one at the bar with my husband, the next night with a party of 15. It was terrific. All the meals (both apps and mains) were excellent, terrific martinis and stellar service. I am surprised at the 3 star reviews and I am sorry those diners had those experiences. We have only had great experiences here. read more

Food took for ever. Baked potato was cool and hard as a rock. No butter, sour cream salt or pepper offered. E finally asked for butter and pepper. When we got the pepper it had to be passed around most of the bar by customers since no one was offered anything. Bartender was more interested in labeling things behind the bar than actually serving anyone. Never offered dessert was just given the bill which I had to tell him to take the potato off because it was not edible. Never say a manager or any employee who liked they gave a cap to be there or actually give mediocre service. Have dined here many times since the day out opened and over the past year everything about this place has crashed. Be a very long time before we go back read more

I've had the opportunity to come here twice & have the back bar reserved for our party of coworkers. One of the main chefs is an acquaintance of mine & he has a passion for food. Their menu is full of highly elevate, fine cuisines. It's on the expensive side, but you can tell that every ingredient is carefully considered & presented very well. The parmesan fries are super delicious. I have had the Ahi Tuna entrée a few times & it is always superb. read more

I can't understand some of the low ratings for this venue. We've been here for dinner twice and each time has been superb. And last Friday was no different. So my awesome husband took me out on the town for my birthday, we went to the Red River Theatre downstairs and afterwards, we had reservations at O's. The place was indeed crowded but nonetheless they honored our reservation on the spot and offered us seating by the bar-side dining room, which was quite busy and loud, or by the dining room away from the bar, which was way more pleasant. We got a table by the corner window and wall, which we loved. The waitstaff was indeed pleasant and efficient. We both got cocktails, I got a Manhattan-type drink with maple syrup in it that was delicious. The shared appetizer was the pork potstickers with ginger sauce which I thought was absolutely delicious and despite the sauce, it was crispy and crunchy, obviously freshly made and not at all gooey as pre-made gyoza tends to be. Our main courses were the Ahi tuna for me, in a bed of shrimp fried rice and broccolini with kimchi. This was a totally delicious dish. The shrimp was indeed abundant, the ahi cooked just right and seared just on the outside, and the kimchi, although a bit bland (ostensibly to placate the normal American tastebuds and not those who have lived in Korea) was nonetheless outstanding. My husband had an amazing filet which was also cooked to perfection. We washed our dinner selections with both a Malbec and a Cabernet, both good quality house wines. Then there was the dessert. I had the carrot cake, one amazing dish that came with big "Happy Birthday" written in caramel on the side of the plate. One superb birthday evening overall and this was a great part of it. read more

Hello, I had a birthday dinner for my wife there on 12/12/23. Our server was a women named Kate. She couldn't have had our dinning experience any more prefect. I would highly recommend this place and will return real soon, Thank you again for an amazing night. read more

I was excited to come here for the first time but unfortunately left dissatisfied. It took forever to get my glass of wine before I even put a food order in. I also asked what type of chowder it was. The waitress had to go back to the kitchen to ask. I was told a seafood chowder but it had sausage upon me eating it and it was very "soupy" for a chowder. The portion of meatloaf was HUGE. Had I known I may have just shared the meal with the other person I was with. Nothing special about the meatloaf even with the glaze and the mushrooms finely diced into it. If you do get this it's more than enough for two people. My companion ordered a side of Mac and cheese and she said it was very bland. We also had to wait a long while till our waitress came back to check on us as we tried to get the bill. Probably won't come back here anytime soon especially since it was very pricey for mediocre quality food and service. read more

Went to O's for anniversary last night and it was so disappointing. It started with the beer being really warm. Asked server for a new one or a cold glass and she came back with the beer poured into a glass that wasn't cold. Then dinner- my filet was raw, when I asked for medium. I could not even begin to eat that steak. Tried to get our server's attention but sat there for 10 minutes before I could flag her down. She took the steak away and waited another 20 minutes to get it back. Meanwhile, my husband was completely done with his meal. And what's up with the bread? We didn't get any bread but all the tables around us did. Were we supposed to ask for it? All I can say, we will never go back there. Not worth the experience or the price! read more
