My radio is acting weird since I went there so I'm taking it in to a different shop to make sure they didn't screw up the wiring, which almost has to be the case. It's honestly amazing how big of jerks they are to their customers. And even though the owner seemed respectful, he's aware of how his help acts and allows it. I, for one, will never return to their shop.

I decided to try Car-X because of all the great Yelp reviews for this business…read more First appointment was for an oil change that turned into a tire purchase. I'm always hesitant to trust auto mechanics and those that service cars due to how many times in the past that I've been BS'd about needed repairs. Not so at this Car-X! Manager Bob talked to me about my bad tire and took me out to the bays to show me the tear in my tire. These tires had 60,000+ miles on them and I knew it was time. Bob talked me through the tire styles that would fit my Sonata and I decided to stay with the Hankook tire that came with the car when purchased. The price for everything was around $800. -- surprise! -- but Bob quickly calmed me down by suggesting I apply for a Car-X credit card to help spread out the payment. I was approved in minutes and soon drove off with my new tires and oil change. Bob has since been promoted and is no longer in this store but his replacement, whose name escapes me right now, is just as helpful and professional when I schedule my appointments and arrive for same. My car is serviced by the time promised. The waiting area is small but clean and offers free WiFi, television and snacks for purchase. The mechanics are helpful and respectful and provide good customer service. Sam is especially nice and helpful. I wish I knew the other guys' names but they too are helpful and thorough. I drive by this place every morning and never would have thought to go there if it wasn't for you Yelpers. My husband always goes to Sam's Club for our tires but I'm happy to support this business and not have to go across town to give my hard earned money to the Walton family. Lastly, when I purchased my tires from CarX I had already been to Sams and got a quote and appointment for new tires. Car-x matched the price and delivered a find product on the same day as service. Thank you Bob and the Car-X crew that works at this location!!

We had tires rotated also while there. That weekend we were out of town while car started vibrating, heard/felt pop as turned into a parking lot and could barely control the car. I had to have it towed and couldnt get fixed that day, had to rent car so i spent a lot of money and lost 2 days of vacation time. When I got home I hit the contact dealership button and asked for an email response and recieved a phone call from Jackie instead. Jackie wasnt there when I called back, and she was busy the next day when I called back again but was told she would call me....she didnt. Several days later I selected the option to contact the service manager. Wrote the whole situation including that I asked to be contacted by email and the Jackie issue.... Instead of an email I got a text from Jason (the manager) asking if I needed help finding a new vehicle. I responded that if they had read my message they would have known I wasnt wanting a new car, I said I had problems with service and wanted to know . Twhy I would trust them to work on my car again and not go back to Uftering in Peoria. Response was "Sorry this came in as a sales lead" Havent heard a word from them since. Guess I'm going to Peoria

I get every oil change, tire rotation, tires and service appt done here and trade in at 30,000 miles every year. Now they want u to sign a paper before the oil change (probably because people are throwing a fit). I will not be back to purchase a car, oil change, anything! I've taken 3 kids to this location and parents so 6 of us all have green Nissan and trade often. I instructed everyone once your warranty is up go to the $20 oil change place. Highway robbery! And the black guy Jason that works there is awful. His mouth never shuts up. Trying to sit and get an oil change and his mouth runs non stop. What a joke! This place is a rip off! I used to brag about it but I guess u have to charge $80 bucks for an oil change when u have about 10 people sitting around on their butts your paying!

If you don't know Hans and Franz, "here me now and and believe this later" 'cause I know you've opened another tab to Google it. Don't google, go to Youtube for the full effect. Okay, Hans and Franz are gonna get to the point. After all, they are cousins with Arnold Schwarzenegger so they aren't afraid to name drop (remember, this is before he was the governor and just a body builder/kindergarten cop). Okay, now let's get to it since we didn't in the prior two paragraphs and if you're still reading then clearly you want to know. These guys are wonderful. I purchased a Volvo from another dealer and they send me here to have it checked out. Both times, the staff has been friendly and the utmost professional. Trust me, I tried to drop in a goofy joke here and there for my own entertainment and they did not take the bait! However, " here me now and and believe this later" 'cause they could be laughing in their head. Moving along, the waiting area is super nice. You got your wifi, your multiple work areas (couch, chair, table, counter), your complimentary treats, water, and Starbucks coffee dispenser with the option to have coffee, hot chocolate or a latte. Plus, you're surrounded with super nice, posh vehicles to check out. The only thing I would change is the music. It's this odd music that I believe was called elevator music. Personally, it reminds me of finding the elevator in a department store, maybe Sears or JC Penny. Either way, you pop in and that terrible music is playing and is smells like pee. Look down and there definitely has been pee in the elevator. Why? It's the only way to get to the other hidden destination...the bathroom! Listen, if I'm going to date myself we are blasting into the heart of the 1990's. Let me make it clear, it does not smell like pee at the dealership! I just really like non sequiturs and ripping myself up when I read this out loud to my hubs. Moving along and back to pumping them (clap) up. I found that they troubleshoot the way you wish everyone would. What makes the most sense? How can we address the challenge and not overcharge? You read that right, not overcharge. I mean, at this point it wasn't even me fitting the bill but the dealer I purchased the car from. That says a lot to me. The staff is efficient and they are great at giving updates to you. I was even told that I could come back and ask questions if I had any about how to operate my new Volvo. If you didn't know, it's straight up luxury. Which equals a lot of bells and whistles. I'm all about ringing bells and blowing whistles, so it doesn't intimidate me; just may need some help here and there. So basically I'm going to go in and throw down some line from Kindergarten Cop. Maybe I'll lead with, "I'm going to ask a bunch of questions, and I want to have them answered immediately." Just kidding! Oh, they wash my car and vacuum it every single time I come. Also, they pull it up for me in this covered area so I don't have to be bothered with the elements outside. I'm probably going to recommend others to buy their cars directly from here.
