He likes a long lunch. And don't call after 5:00. He doesn't do OT. When you do get in touch with the leader, he is not professional and more than a little bit of an arse. He told me that the parts my vehicle are no longer made/available. While he was on the phone, I did a quick Google search and found them available. He told me that those places were not OneStop vendors. I also found them at Landmark up on Prairie Crossing - they asked me why OneStop didn't just call them? I won't take my kid's skateboard there as long as the new lead is running things. I am guessing he is a great wrench turner, but he is the absolute worst customer service person that I have ever dealt with. I could write a ton more, but trust me, they are now terrible - not the fault of the mechanics. It is due to one person.

I had them do an oil change on my 1973 Mercury Cougar and was told I needed an oil pan because the…read moreexisting pan was rusty and leaking, they found one online for over $600.00 so I found my own from West Coast Classic Cougar for $ 85.00. was charged $884.83 to replace a part that had at most 10 bolts to swap out. It was a simple swap nothing from the suspension needed to be removed, so I am perplexed about the inflated labor cost. I would strongly advise anyone with a classic vehicle to avoid this shop at all "cost" I received a call from Steve explaing the high labor cost to do the oil-pan swap and in the beginning he did inform me that his labor cost books did not go back that far for a 53 year old vehicle so in all fairness I googled the process of replacing said oil-pan and found out that the motor did need to be raised to allow room to make the swap. Steve did explain this to me but when I said that was his opinion boy did his demeanor change and as others have commented he did get rude. so I am amending my review to be fair to the shop; but I still would not recomend this shop for classic car repair. It is sad that it is very difficult to find a reputable repair shop in Springfield for classic cars.

Dropped off 5/11 Told Dave hose was leaking, power steering didn't work 5/13 at end of day , 430, Dave answered saying he had my number down wrong, He stated we have to change the power steering pump, it's shot, and the back brakes need rotors. quote was $774 he didn't know when he could get it done tomorrow was booked and Friday wasn't looking good said it would be done by the beginning of next week. 5 more days, Wed 5-20, almost EOD, 3pm, I called again, Jason answered, "just wanted to get an update on my van", he stated it would be done by end of today, I said ok cool so it will be and he said yeah I had a couple give me trouble but I should have it done by end of day or tomorrow, I said, well is it today end of today or tomorrow because if it's going to keep going I need to figure something out. He immediately raised his voice and began to yell, well I can't help it, we got to work it in, you can just come get it and hung up. Then when I asked you to cal Dad called, it was the same answers. 5-21-2026 Called EOD 430pm, told again be tomorrow. 5-22-2026 2pm, van was done. Informed the total was 1000 to avoid confrontation, asked dad to ask why 200 more, before I could even finish, Jason spoke up said because we had to replace the hose too, I said no that was in the first estimate I told Dave it needed that he added a pump and rotors to the hose and pads. Again being rude and unprofessional, said well we didn't know it needed until we took off, rather than repeat myself n argue with ignorance, I walked out n let my dad finish up the transaction.
