My radio is acting weird since I went there so I'm taking it in to a different shop to make sure they didn't screw up the wiring, which almost has to be the case. It's honestly amazing how big of jerks they are to their customers. And even though the owner seemed respectful, he's aware of how his help acts and allows it. I, for one, will never return to their shop.

Our 2018 travel trailer had roof damage during a storm in June of 2018. MBC was great and quick…read moreabout repairing the damage and replacing the roof. They were friendly and very patient with us. I was worried because there were several punctures in the roof, but did not penetrate the inside. The only issue was that after we got the trailer back we did not use it until the following summer (2019). In 2021 we finally got our camping scheduled (post covid) and went out on a rainy weekend. My husband noticed a leak in the A/C unit and we thought it was condensation, until we were being dripped on consistently. He opened the cover and noticed the extra long screw were not tightened down. In fact, they were barely on the end of the screw. He tightened them and we contacted MBC. They denied fault and said it was not warrantied. We asked if they could repair the floor that had been damaged by the water at our cost, and they were too busy to schedule us anytime. I asked to be put on a list to repair and as of the end of 2022 have not received any contact. They said on their website that they guarantee their work for as long as you own the vehicle, but unless otherwise noted. Guess I now know the "otherwise noted" as incomplete work which causes damage to the vehicle. We have since patched the moldy flooring in the main living area, but have no idea how far under the kitchen this damage has extended in the past 2 years. In my opinion, this damage was a slow dripping leak that could not have been evident until we started noticing the soft floor. Still waiting . . . . I would definitely be very careful when using this company.
