I had initially scheduled an appointment with them to service my own car around the end of 2023. I had some scheduling conflicts and had to cancel my appointment. I tried to follow up with them to reschedule via text, I got no response. Fast forward to June of this year, I called their listed phone number a few times and got no answer. I finally got a response from them when I reached out via email. The owner stated that they would not service me due to my prior cancellation, which I was very disappointed to hear. It was almost like they were intentionally not answering my calls, and when I asked if the owner could please reconsider I was yet again ignored! A direct answer or formal disclaimer would have been much appreciated during the time of my initial cancelled appointment so I wouldn't have wasted my time! I was pretty surprised they refused to service to me, as I believed I gave enough notice ahead of time and wanted to reschedule my initial appointment. S*** happens! Sometimes people have to cancel appointments and reschedule. I feel like they didn't communicate any disclaimer/warning about cancellations whatsoever.
