They did a really good job, the tint has held up with no peeling! Pricing was very reasonable! I took two stars off due to their poor communication and refusal to service my vehicle. I had initially scheduled an appointment with them to service my own car around the end of 2023. I had some scheduling conflicts and had to cancel my appointment. I tried to follow up with them to reschedule via text, I got no response. Fast forward to June of this year, I called their listed phone number a few times and got no answer. I finally got a response from them when I reached out via email. The owner stated that they would not service me due to my prior cancellation, which I was very disappointed to hear. It was almost like they were intentionally not answering my calls, and when I asked if the owner could please reconsider I was yet again ignored! A direct answer or formal disclaimer would have been much appreciated during the time of my initial cancelled appointment so I wouldn't have wasted my time! I was pretty surprised they refused to service to me, as I believed I gave enough notice ahead of time and wanted to reschedule my initial appointment. S*** happens! Sometimes people have to cancel appointments and reschedule. I feel like they didn't communicate any disclaimer/warning about cancellations whatsoever. I hope going forward they alert clients about this policy as it was extremely unprofessional. Or maybe ask for a percentage of the fee as an initial deposit to hold your appointment date? I would have gladly paid it! I'm definitely frustrated with the situation but I'm taking my business elsewhere to a more direct, and professional servicer.

I have speaker wire used to run power straight to the batter. wires are ran next to my manifold Surprise they melted! I have had nothing but problems since he touched my Jeep (shocking the wires are all melted and grounding out). Seriously save your hard earned money and go somewhere else! Everything this company did has to be torn out and redone. I have a section of wire that consists of 3 different wire colors connected by what appears to be hot glue and wrapped in tape. Your lucky is just a bad review and not a lawsuit for causing me or my passengers to die in a car fire. Keith should be embarrassed. Quality control before you kill someone who unknowingly parks their car in the garage attached to their house and the car burns the place to the ground.
