I ended up getting a master cylinder from the junk yard and having it installed. Problem solved, finally. However the faulty master cylinders cost lots of money in tow fees, new brake lines, pads and calipers (which came from NAPA). They put a (used) re-manufactured caliper on my car, it started sticking and they melted my wheel speed sensor to the wheel hub assembly. I've had nothing but red flag after red flag from them.
