I was on time maybe a little early and the gal that was behind the counter said that all her techs were out to lunch so I continued to wait until one came back and he took care of me right away. Took it for a little spin to find out what was wrong with it and then brought it back. There was one other customer came by so I told him I would have to think about it because it was gonna cost a little over $1000 to get whatever part they had to send away for and I had to be certain this is what I wanted because he didn't wanna have to keep it there if I wasn't going to come and get it installed. After he was done with me, he went to wait on the other customer and as I was leaving, I thought how the heck am I gonna get out because she was on the other side of me and she stood in front of the door, so it was a very tight Exit/entrance and a little bit dangerous but I made it however I wouldn't ever wanna do that again. No one ever did come back like the techs from lunch to work on cars. I didn't see anyone there except the one guy that came back from lunch and then the one guy that was already there and that's all that was there for the remaining time that I was there. I didn't know what to do because I thought that was a bit much so I went ahead and told them I would have to think about it. The older guy gave me a card and said he needed $169 or something like that for alignment of the tires. I'm not sure what that is, but it was better than the thousand dollars for whatever they were gonna do just so I could have my power steering back which might have put everything else back into place so the control panel is still off. And this was my second estimate/opinion. I don't know, but I thought you know I would come back if I could save up some money and he said I need to come back right away because something was just spinning around many times per day just to make my car work. I can't see that happening. I barely go anywhere and when I do, it drives fine, but I am appreciative of the alignment of the tires or the wheels that he did because I can feel it and it feels better. However, if I'm gonna pay over $1000 for a part that I would have to be sent to him in order for him to do the work, I thought I would just rather buy a new car since he told me it was old. It's a 2017 but the old guy said it's old so cars break down more easily because they're making them less than they used to.

There was only nine holding on the shield. They also for some reason, they decided to spill oil all over the top of my engine very disappointed with this service.

They got my car running again and got me back on the road. I took it back this year to get a scan and they have to do some more work but they getting it done in a timely fashion. Greg took over and gently gave me the bad news that it had to be replaced, and he definitely recommended I not try to drive it home at that time. We had tires rotated also while there. That weekend we were out of town while car started vibrating, heard/felt pop as turned into a parking lot and could barely control the car. Front driver side was missing stud and bolt, and two more bolts had stripped and fallen off at the edge of the parking lot where i turned. being as i am missing 1 stud and two more stripped. I had to have it towed and couldnt get fixed that day, had to rent car so i spent a lot of money and lost 2 days of vacation time. When I got home I hit the contact dealership button and asked for an email response and recieved a phone call from Jackie instead. Jackie wasnt there when I called back, and she was busy the next day when I called back again but was told she would call me....she didnt. Several days later I selected the option to contact the service manager. Wrote the whole situation including that I asked to be contacted by email and the Jackie issue.... Instead of an email I got a text from Jason (the manager) asking if I needed help finding a new vehicle. I responded that if they had read my message they would have known I wasnt wanting a new car, I said I had problems with service and wanted to know .
