I came to Clearview glass and they said they would be able to fix it without any parts. Upon further investigation of the problem, they realized parts did have to be ordered after all. Thank you for fixing my car and I'll be sure to refer my friends here. :)

The tech arrived on time and had everything that he needed for the job. When he finished, the car looked like new--no really--like new! Now at this point I need to point out that I have a yellow Labrador retriever (cute, but lots of fur) and my carpet is dark grey. When I tell you that he got all of the fur out--I mean he got all of the fur out of that car!! Everything was sparkling and clean, every crevice inside and out. The leather seats were reconditioned and the carpets were deep cleaned. No fur, dust or crumbs were to be found anywhere. Here is the part that really showed their attention to detail--I had an aftermarket dash cam installed and the part in the back window made the trim poke out around the lift gate window. I have pushed it back myself a hundred times and it just popped back out. Gladiator got it back in so that it stayed and looked perfect, without my even asking. They just did everything possible to make the car look perfect. And the price was nice. I will definitely use their services again.

It had done a cross country road trip with a kid vomiting the back seat and pets in the back. I had also managed to get hay all over the upholstery and it would stick to the carpet. Dan got it all cleaned up and looking like new. It was fantastic I am in love with my car again. All the stains came out of the seats. There was even a ceramic? coating on the outside that he told me to picture I don't wash for 3 days so that it can harden. That will be good for one year of protection. Finding the location is enough it weird on GPS. Is a building that is in between Reynolds street and Madison street. You can turn onto it from both sides but the front of the building is on Reynolds street. He has two doors/garages so use the door to the far left/corner of the building. Just call and leave and message. My husband took his car for detailing here a year ago and recommended it for me. I'm glad I listened to my husband. ;) It was $225 for my minivan. Notes: There is no waiting room. Dan is down to earth. He doesn't always remember to turn off the Open light. Better to just call and leave a message to make an appointment.

Whoever was answering the texts seemed nice and interested and gave me an honest quote. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk kid, who couldn't have been more than 21 or so, seemed bored like I inconvenienced his day. He and another boy pulled my truck around back and started to work. About an hour later my truck was finished. I was quoted 2 hours so this was fine by me. I worked from my laptop in their lobby. WiFi would have been nice but I made it work. It was only there an hour. Glass was replaced. What I thought was odd was I was paying with a card and the kid had to call his boss and read off my card to him which concerned me initially. I did receive an invoice and an invoice text so I felt like it at least was charged where it was supposed to. I also saved half of what Safelight would have cost me to drive 20 mins up the road. That's a win. I would return.
