I realized the timeline was tight but I had a short window to sneak her car over there while she was away on a trip. At first he said their schedule was too tight for 09/27 but after I explained my predicament he said he'd get me in on 09/27. First, the fact he realized I was in a spot was awesome and it made my life a lot easier right there. I took the car in at 3pm. The technician started working on it at 3:20. They had planned for 90 minutes of work and I was quoted accordingly. The technician finished in 1 hour. Without me saying a word they corrected the bill and charged me for an hour labor instead of 90 minutes. How many places do that?! Last, the car is 11 years old and when the technician was looking at things with me inside the car he noticed the cigarette lighter plug in socket was not tightly secured. In fact, it was hanging out and looked ratty. I never said a word about it but he messed with it a bit so I know he noticed it hanging out. When I got back in the car I noticed he had resecured the cigarette lighter. He just took it upon himself to do it. All combined? 5 stars across the board in every possible way! Nice work guys!
