My car was broken into and I had called for a quote and I was shocked to find it only costed me 250$ and if I went anywhere else it would've costed me 200-500$ more! They were really quick and they give you a rental car for your errands! The glass is identical to my jeeps window and I'm honestly happy I went here! I will be a returning customer! read more

Had back windshield fix on my smart car. It was leaking into the car. The work was done great in great time. The only problem I have is that my radio was turned off when I left it. When I pick it up the radio was on and the radio station was change to a different channel. read more

Thanks to an oncoming semi throwing a rock, I needed my windshield replaced. I wanted the exact same Honda acoustic glass and they got it in and set me up an appt within only a couple days. Being out-of-town and having to wait, they offered me a loaner and I went to lunch. Despite having a bay full of autos when I got there, and more waiting to be worked on, they had moved me up in the rotation, and before I finished eating they called to say it was finished. Other than no more crack, I didn't see any signs it had been replaced, and when I later traded it in, the dealer supervisor who inspects trade-ins didn't either. Furthermore, I was surprised at the price. I had the windshield on the same vehicle replaced 3 years earlier by the dealer and they charged me $300 more. I have a high deductible and want to minimize claims to keep my rates low, so I pay out-of-pocket unless it's a very costly repair. Finally, Auto Glass Systems was careful not to knock the camera and sensor behind the windshield out of calibration, which is now a relatively common issue with newer vehicles during windshield replacements. Service and price was outstanding, which from experience is hard to find, regardless of what needs repaired or replaced. read more

This place is great and turned a really crappy situation into a breeze! So I spent the weekend in Chicago visiting friends and parked my car in a garage during my stay. Imagine my surprise when I found my car with the rear window smashed in an obvious burglary attempt! (I say attempt because there was nothing to take in my car except for a roll of quarters). I had to get back to Springfield for work that afternoon so on the breezy drive back to town I called Auto Glass Systems and let them know about my dilemma. They were professional and knowledgeable and were able to order the proper sized glass for my car so that they could fix it that same afternoon. When I came to drop off my car, I was greeted warmly and was helped quickly. My plan was to uber to work from their shop but they offered me a loaner car instead! Now that's service! They were able to replace my car's windshield in a manner of hours and kept me updated about my car's repair status. My car was back in my possession with a shiny new window less than 10 hours after the initial insult happened! I was floored at how effortlessly I was able to get my windshield replaced and a lot of that is because of the great attention to customer service at Auto Glass Systems! Would definitely recommend them! read more

I had a great experience here. After a bad experience in Chicago I was forced to drive back to Springfield with a large crack in my windshield --not ideal. So when I called Auto Glass the next morning I was not hopeful but they were extremely accommodating and said they would be able to get the job done that day. They let me used one of their courtesy cars which made the experience that much easier. The price point was also cheaper than a quote I had received from Safelite. read more

Easy, convenient, quick, reasonably priced, and, best of all, great customer service!

So far, so good! Had our windshield replaced yesterday and had a wonderful experience and so far appears to be very nice, quality work and exceeded our expectations. Made the process simple and stress free. Reasonable price and efficiently done. Love that they provide a loaner vehicle, very friendly staff. read more

The male employee that answered the phone to schedule my appointment was rude, bossy and told me that even though you have an appointment we aren't sure if it will be repaired the same day because we have 5 windows to replace, he kept talking and interrupting me during the conversation, why schedule a appointment if you can't fix my window, they act like they're doing me a favor, I'll take my business somewhere else. I left a message to cancel my appointment and nobody cared to call back and ask why, very poor customer service. read more

Great service!! Contacted them via email on a Thursday night, had my new windshield installed and ready to go by Friday afternoon. Professional, courteous, and willing to work with my schedule. Could not recommend them enough. read more

Replaced band in driver side window for half of what cost was at 2 other repairs shops in town! My car window wouldn't go down and I priced the repair at the dealer and at another auto shop in town and was told it would be over $600 to fix! That was AFTER I paid $100 diagnostic fee. A friend told me to try auto glass. I did and they did not charge a diagnostic fee and cost to fix was under $300! They also fixed it quickly. So happy! read more

We were very satisfied with customer service, installation & price. We were able to get right in on a busy Saturday. We highly recommend Springfield Auto Glass Systems! read more

They were amazing!! We had an emergency situation and needed a window repaired before driving back home to Chicago. I left a message Sunday night and was called at 7:30 am Monday when they opened. They gave me an immediate quote which was on par with SafeLite, came to the hotel within 15 minutes and provided us with a loaner car since they couldn't get the glass until the afternoon. Given the freezing weather and traveling with 2 young kids my car was generally unusable so this was very much appreciated. The car was ready in the time frame they gave and they couldn't have been nicer. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass. Providing business to a local merchant was an added bonus. read more
