He ensured us that his company was built on and must be focused on outstanding customer service. I appreciate his outreach, offer to make up lost expenses, and promise to keep their promise to service. I am updating this rating from 1 to a 4 based on the extra effort made to make up for a few bad days of service timing. Bought tires there over a year ago because they were slightly less than the dealership that I get service at. Promised rotation and hazard for the life of the tires. 20k miles later I have had all rotations and hazard care payed for and performed at the dealership during oil changes due to no availability in schedule for them to honor their rotation and hazard duties. Worse yet hey never say know just string me along telling me it will just be another hour every hour or so until I realize they have wasted half of my day and I leave before they claim my whole day. It will be the last time I attempt business at this location.
