Worked with my time frame and quickly worked me in. Took a little longer than stated, but I could understand given the shape of the car. The extra time was evident. My car was CLEAN! Cracks, crevices, between console and seat, engine compartment looked showroom new...incredible detail! I was not able to pack, and their packing service was perfect. None of my items were broken during transit and she taught me how to be thoughtful about packing in the future.
