I brought my car here after it got hit in my parking lot. The team was amazing! They worked with my insurance to make sure the claim covered the full amount (minus my deductible) of the repairs and were always quick to answer any questions or help. Biggest part for me was how they went above and beyond. When trying to figure out how to pick up my repaired car, schedules weren't aligning well (too many work meetings) so the team dropped my car off to my door! It was clear the inside and outside of my car had been detailed, not the usual quick car wash you get, and they were even doing touch ups with a rag as I went outside to grab the keys. The guys are polite and helpful and they said that I got a free car detail with my work. I will never take my car anywhere else. I was also able to see some of the custom work they were doing and it was amazing so check them out for that too!

I strongly advise against using this company. They completely ruined my truck. The owner lied about the damage, and other employees confirmed the burning. They also broke my block heater, left wires hanging, and unnecessarily replaced the bumper. The truck is covered in overspray and black tar. They charged me for a window switch and rain guards that were never installed, and they reused a damaged headlight. The grill was damaged and poorly repaired, leaving the turn signal out of place. there is so much more, just to much to list. Please avoid this company to save yourself from a terrible experience.

I only ever talked with one employee (Mike), and I have to say he provided exactly what I hope for in terms of customer service. Timely calls about how my car was progressing, friendly attitude, and just a general overall vibe of clearly giving a damn. I don't know enough about cars to say whether the cost was unreasonable, but it seemed fair to me. State Farm covered everything minus a relatively small deductible. And I don't think State Farm would suggest Caliber if they were price gougers. So yeah, extremely pleased. If you're shopping around for a place to do auto body work, I'd say look no further.

I've seen repairs that were obvious -- staples, glue, etc. Zook's replaced the bumper for much less than I thought possible.
