Timely calls about how my car was progressing, friendly attitude, and just a general overall vibe of clearly giving a damn. I don't know enough about cars to say whether the cost was unreasonable, but it seemed fair to me. State Farm covered everything minus a relatively small deductible. And I don't think State Farm would suggest Caliber if they were price gougers. So yeah, extremely pleased. If you're shopping around for a place to do auto body work, I'd say look no further.

They finished it a day ahead of schedule and even called to let me know so I could get rid of my god awful rental vehicle. They called me and told me that the car was repaired and working fine. After I paid for the repairs, including $300 over my deductible, the insurance paid the balance, they told me to go get my car which was parked on the street. No technician brought the car to me, they had me walk to get my car, and the reason was when I started the car, every warming light came on. They told me it was unfortunate that the car is not working now but it was working when they called me this morning! They knew my car was not working but they had me pay first and then go retrieve my car myself so that I could find out that it was "no longer working." Ladies make sure you do not pay before they drive your car to you! I will revise this complaint, if and when they fix my car!
