When I went in to get the truck and I was trying to ask questions to Tim the owner about making sure that the topper was sealed back correctly he started helping another customer that came in after me and when I asked him he was rude and made a smart-ass comment that it was just a topper! They are understaffed and I get that he is extremely busy, but no reason to be unprofessional with a customer, so three days later I drive to Chenoa and opened the back topper and tailgate and found two of the clamps laying on the truck bed floor and the other two loose!!!! Thank God it didn't fly off going down the highway!!! I also asked about the glass/ceramic coating being put back on my truck and he was snotty again saying that the paint had to cure first, then his wife said for three months before I would be called to let me know when to bring it back, first time I was told that ever and I assume if I didn't ask wouldn't have been told! I walked in, said hello and said I needed an estimate, and I got an angry, red-faced stare from Masching (owner), not a word, just awkward silence. I asked if they'd like for me to come back, he said that he was eating lunch and we were interrupting. Masching has a rep for being a jerk, I knew I'd regret going there but it's near my home. He has a busy shop so I doubt he cares what I trhink, but if you want to deal with friendly people with good work ethic and sensible hair styles go elsewhere. what a tool.

After getting the claim information from the person that hit (yes there are still honest people in the world) I gave Mike's a call. They took down my info and sent a tow truck to pick up my car. The repairs took a little over a week but that was due to ordering new parts. Mike's kept me informed the entire time and my car looks great! They even washed and vacuumed the car. It was a smooth process until my battery died two days later. (I think my wife left a light on but i'm not sure) Anyway I tried jumping the car and it wouldn't start so i was worried that maybe something happened in the accident or the connection to the battery came loose. I had called Mike's up and he immediately sent a car out to my house (20 minutes after I called and I live about 15 minutes from the shop). They ran some diagnostics and jump started my car. It was the type of customer service you expect but never actually receive. While I hope to never deal with Mike again, if I ever have to I'm glad I know my car will be taken care of.
