I looked up Auto body alternatives, because Automotiion, whom I trust 100% , recommended them. Imagine my surprise that they were rated 5 stars by 3 people in 2014! I am proud to say that they are just as good and reasonable in 2018 as they were in 2014! Here are some tips: they were not on my insurance company's approved list, BUT all that means is when you talk with Eric at Auto body Alternative, he can get the pre-estimate done for you, which will guide his estimate...so it is pretty fast and reliable. After I approved the repair costs, I told the insurance company to work directly with Eric. That was all I needed to do. They did the rest! The car repair work is excellent! I like dealing with a family owned business who does quality work. Plus Eric answered all my questions patiently and in a way I understood. I will go back to them if I ever need another repair. and I would recommend them to anyone who asked! Ps. Why aren't there more yelp reviews? They are all on google! I will key one in on Google too. My daughter had a incident with a mail box that resulted in bumper, hood, fender, and windshield washer reservoir damage. We went to two other shops in town who I'll not name, but all wanted to replace the hood and charge big $'s. Then we met with Matt. He said he could repair the hood and just replace the bumper. Upon working on the vehicle Matt let us know the windshield reservoir didn't need replace just a hose fix, and he did that n/c. The vehicle was done ahead of his quote and looked great!!!! This is a great autobody repair shop! I've had my cars repaired there several times. Always fair prices and quality service. I just had headlight, tail-light, front bumper, and trunk latch repaired on my Mazda 626. It looks great, and it was only $270. You can't beat that. One downside is that they seem to have a lot of customers (especially in winter). Therefore they can be a bit slow. But that's to be expected of any autobody shop that has a lot of business. They also typically won't do major repairs, but they will do free estimates. It never hurts to bring your banged-up car in for an inspection. Bottom-line, these guys are honest, fair, hardworking people, and I would recommend them to anyone. They're open Monday thru Friday 8pm to 5pm. They close "for lunch" from noon to 1pm. read more

Super happy with my results from these guys! Car was done in about 48 hours and looks brand new. Paint matching is spot on and the body repair was flawless. Super helpful staff that are very polite and courteous. I paid EXACTLY what the quote said I would; down to the penny. Rather than replacing my dented rear bumper cover, as other shops recommended, they worked on it and repainted it, thus saving me over $350.
