He can not change the past, but he has ensured excellent customer service ever since. (While he likely hoped I would change my review, he didn't ask me to!) I only ever talked with one employee (Mike), and I have to say he provided exactly what I hope for in terms of customer service. Timely calls about how my car was progressing, friendly attitude, and just a general overall vibe of clearly giving a damn. I don't know enough about cars to say whether the cost was unreasonable, but it seemed fair to me. State Farm covered everything minus a relatively small deductible. And I don't think State Farm would suggest Caliber if they were price gougers. So yeah, extremely pleased. If you're shopping around for a place to do auto body work, I'd say look no further.
