    My truck buying experience with Chris Riviera was top notch! I came in on a Saturday a half an hour before they closed to check out and test drive a truck. He stayed late to talk numbers with me. Once we came to an agreement with my trade we agreed I'd be back on Wednesday to pick it up and fill out paperwork. In the meantime he texted me pictures of my truck (I had graphics from the factory removed). And even lined up Mobile Shades to install window tint, which they were fantastic too! The whole buying experience was smooth, painless, and fast. Chris, I'll be back to purchase my next vehicle from you.

    I live out of state and found the vehicle I wanted at Bob Grimm Chevrolet. I initially spoke to Kayla who was very helpful. Then Steve Rice handled my online purchase with Jim Martin ensuring all the paperwork was correct and completed. I didn't think I would get the vehicle until after the New Year. However, they made sure the vehicle was in my driveway within 7 days. Wow, very prompt and professional service from all who I encountered. The vehicle transporter was also outstanding. He took great care of my new (used) vehicle and insisted that I take $20.00 to have it cleaned on him. I highly recommend Bob Grimm Chevrolet for your new or used car needs. Totally satisfied!     I've dealt with two other dealerships prior and was a bit tired at this point of them not listening to my needs and just wanting to put me in any car that they could. I came across Bob Grimm. Chris Riveria was my sales consultant and WOW what a wonderful experience from the time I drove on their lot until this very moment. So moving forward with the truck I got in touch with one of the sales people and was told the truck was available but currently being driven by one of the employees working there. Was put in touch with him and he FaceTimed with me. The truck was in great shape and made the deposit to hold it. Moving forward with financing and getting paperwork documented, signed, notarized,etc.... It was about a two week process. Very poor communication after they received the check from my bank and then it took a while to get it shipped here( not their fault). I asked for it to be serviced before it was sent to me because they advertised it with 49k and it now was at 51k which affects the value on Kelly blue book. Under 50k in miles makes a difference in what it books out at. Anyway I received the vehicle with a dead battery after only three days of being on a trailer and it was not serviced. I'm sure the employee enjoyed putting about 3000 miles on for nothing but cost of fuel. Oh yeah the DEF was only at a quarter tank. So now Im going to get it serviced because it has almost 52k and have the truck's batteries checked and throughly gone through. Still haven't heard back from the salesman after I left a message for him and texted him. Basically they are your typical dealership with a catchy slogan of how honest and religious they are. They're there to make money, duh... So I guess my issues were a vehicle with higher miles than advertised, truck not being completely serviced before receiving, and most annoying of all is the horrible intermittent communication!! I never felt like a priority during this whole process. You would think spending 70k plus on a vehicle would get you some VIP treatment but I also felt like they think I was ripping them off and it was a privilege to even be doing business with them. Not impressed with Lighthouse at all.

    I've had multiple experiences with the service department here, and unfortunately they've been some…read moreof the worst I've encountered. What shocked me most is that after I provided honest, detailed feedback about my experiences, the dealership informed me I was no longer welcome to service my vehicle there. They even canceled an existing service appointment that included parts I had already been waiting weeks for. On the surface, the facility is impressive: the sales area is modern and comfortable, there are small private rooms where you can take a call, and a kids' play area if you're waiting. However, the religious overtones throughout the dealership -- including free Bibles placed in the waiting area -- felt inappropriate and out of place for a business setting. I fully respect anyone's right to practice their faith, but I do not appreciate having it pushed at me while I wait for car service. The service department itself has been consistently disappointing. My service advisor was dismissive of the concerns I raised about my $70,000 electric Jeep. It was clear the team lacked knowledge and interest in understanding EVs; feedback I provided was poorly relayed to technicians, and the responses I received were inaccurate, passive-aggressive, and condescending. My vehicle was even returned to me dirtier than I dropped it off because they insisted on running it through their car wash, leaving water spots everywhere. Appointments typically take weeks to secure, not because they're highly sought after, but because staffing is thin -- a situation the dealership seems unwilling to solve by paying a fair wage. To be fair, the parts department was a bright spot: the individual I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. But overall, the dealership's lack of professionalism, unwillingness to support EV owners, refusal to provide loaner vehicles, and complete disregard for customer service left me with zero trust in them. My experience here has been so negative that it's soured me not only on this dealership, but on Jeep and Stellantis as a whole.

    I do not recommend to buy any vehicle from Sam Leman Morton, IL as they don't care about customer…read moreneeds. All they want is just sell their cars. Spent numerous amount of time looking at the right car for us and finally found a brand new dodge hornet, specially without front bracket plate mounted to the bumper. We are relocating to other state where the front plate isn't required and this particular car looks nicer without the front plate. To install the front plate it requires to drill holes in the bumper. I mentioned that we want a brand new vehicle without a front plate bracket several times. We agreed at the price and setup an appointment with salesman Alec. He knew about our needs as I mentioned it to him several times. On the appointment day to make sure before our 2 hours trip I messaged him to check about our agreement and he responded back that someone drilled holes to the bumper and installed the front plate.. I was shocked. We spent so much time to talking about it and finally they did opposite. They don't listen to their customers and don't care about your needs. Don't spend your time with Sam Leman Morton. Go to other dealer.
