Just went there to discuss mounting tires. I've known the owner and his family for over a decade. Neil was too busy to chat today. In walks Adam. Not sure if he was withdrawn from meth (allegedly) or if he was trying to feel important, but he was 3x over priced and extremely rude. After finding out he would be the one mounting my tires I opted to go somewhere else. Too bad Neil hired people like this. Makes a once family run business look extremely bad. read more

Front tire kept losing air. Took car in and Neil had worker fix it right away! Found a bad stem valve and leak on rim. Fixed in 15 minutes! Plus adjusted air pressure in all four tires! Friendly workers with cheerful service at no charge to me because I bought the Honda Accord there several years ago! Honesty, great value and quality service are standards of this excellent dealership! read more

Bought a car in Nov 2021. We had it a week and it wouldn't start. Had to get towed to them as the battery wouldn't hold a jump. They fixed a "fob",as apparently it was the problem even though it didn't have a fob. They must have just recharged the battery which they did when within a week the car wouldn't start again. Once again we had it towed. It quit again, so we were done with them. We took it to a dealer and discovered it was the starter, and the battery had to be replaced as well as it wouldn't hold a charge any longer. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed with the service from Prospect Auto Mart or repair shop. The manager in the auto mart seemed nonchalant about the whole situation. read more

Came here car was over heating they said I needed a new oil gasket paid 550.00 on my way home my car overheated again! Only lived a few blocks away. than they said they wasn't going to be able to fix due to crack in engine what was the purpose of taking my money for something that wasn't the cause of the car overheating and wouldn't refund money these theives stole 550.00 from me and sent me on my way do not go here!!!! read more

My girls and I have been taking our cars here for years. If it isn't right they try to make it so. Respectful, courteous, caring, and not greedy. It is a small business and your expectations need to take that into account. You don't go to a prompt care when you need surgery! :) read more

This company said they could fix my car, but after taking $1,795.00 to put a timing belt in. The car had a oil leak. So we took it back. They then kept the car for 1 month. When we went to pick it up the charged me another $100.00. But by the time I got to my driveway my engine was smoking due the oil leaking. When I went back in the owner Neil says they are not working on Audi anymore. That would of been something they should of said before they stole my money. If you don't have people with knowledge on certain cars you should not take payment. I believe they did not do anything to even fix the issue, but I lost days of work because I did not even have a car. As I was leaving the business 2 employees were standing in the garage door laughing as I pulled off with my car smoking. I do not think you should be in business if you are not going to fix the car for the payment you got. read more

I came here to look for my first car after checking out a handful of other dealerships and used car lots. The selection was decent for a mid-sized lot, and a lot more appealing than some I had looked at (at least from the outsides). The prices seemed pretty reasonable, too. As soon as I took an interest in one of the cars, an employee appeared seemingly out of nowhere (turns out the office/garage is across the street) to set me up for a test drive. He wasn't pushy, but answered my questions. Then they allowed me to take the car to an outside mechanic, who said it looked mechanically sound and that the fluids looked good. They don't offer financing, but they waited for me to get everything in order and touched up a few scratches I had noticed in the paint. It needed a new battery and they took care of that. It's one month later now, and I'm very happy with my purchase so far *knock on wood*. read more
