While my truck was at their facility, it was left parked outside in an area with no security cameras. During that time, my tools were stolen out of my truck. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have kept these same tools in my truck for over three years without a single issue. Not once in those three years did I have a problem with theft, until I trusted this shop with my vehicle. That alone makes this experience even more disappointing. To make matters worse, the shop refused to take any responsibility for what happened. Not only was my property stolen while my vehicle was in their care, but the business showed no willingness to accept accountability for the situation. As a customer, I understand that a business cannot prevent every crime. However, I do expect a professional repair facility to take reasonable precautions to protect customers' vehicles and belongings. I also expect management to show some level of concern when something like this happens. These were tools that I worked hard to purchase, and replacing them will come at a significant financial cost. Instead of receiving support or accountability, I was left dealing with the consequences myself. The lack of security is concerning, but the complete lack of accountability is even more disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here. Before trusting this business with your property, ask yourself whether you're comfortable leaving your vehicle somewhere that has no camera coverage and where management refuses to take responsibility when something happens. Three years of keeping my tools in my truck without a problem, and it only took one visit to this shop for that to change. I trusted this shop with my truck, and that trust was completely broken. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this business.

My cousin asked me if I could drive their Chevy Camaro over here to get the back tires replaced. The tires were a special order and he had been notified that they had just come in. So of course I was more than happy to help out (did I mention it's a Camaro SS, ha!). I arrived at 8:30. The employee who checked me in was friendly and professional. He took my information and the keys to my car. Within 10 minutes they had the car in one of their work bays starting on the tire replacements. The waiting area was clean, consisting of 8 chairs in a "U" arrangement facing an HDTV. The showroom displayed the various tires they carried which included Michelin, Yokohama, Firestone, Uniroyal, and BF Goodrich - a nice selection and great quality tires. 30 minutes later the car was done, paperwork complete, keys returned, and I was back on the road. The bald tires had been replaced and the new BF Goodrich 275/40R20's tires looked and rode great (not to mention the safety factor). I go in and ask for an ESTIMATE. Most mechanics I go to have me sign off a work order asking for an ESTIMATE. I didn't sign anything. I get a call about 8 hours later and the one guy who works there tells me he's going to come in tomorrow and keep looking for the problem. I get a call the next afternoon and he says he fixed it. I go in and I owe $250. Now I could have argued and said I just wanted an estimate but I didn't want a big blow up so I just paid it and left. I'm never going back there. Here I am a month later with $600 repair. If these clowns had given me a $250 estimate like what I wanted I would have junked it then because it's a crummy GM car. Now I'm stuck with no car and out $250. Watch out for these guys.

I have been going here for about 4-5 years for my car repairs, The gentlemen who own this aren't…read morefully up to date when it comes to customer service or keeping up with people, Their Lot is always full of random cars, but the gentlemen who work there just want to do their job, when you take away looking for a nice waiting room, or free anything, it's a nice plain auto shop, their prices are decent and they get the work done quickly, they aren't open on the weekend, but you can park your car there over the weekend and put the keys in their mailbox ( Beware: they claim nothing ) When I drop my car off, I call them about in about 3-4 hours and they usually have a quote for me, ( note.. I call them) yes they don't like it, but If I don't - I probably won't hear back until the next day. Best put, these guys aren't the best at running a business, but if you want your car fixed and don't want to pay an arm and a leg, they're a great solution.
