The battery replacement was done without attempting to charge it first and no consideration was taken into account the car has not been driven regularly, after all we are in the middle of winter in central Illinois, and she is 85. Fortunately, she declined an additional ~$500 of "preventative maintenance" services on her 10-year-old vehicle with 60,000 miles. One star was required to post this review otherwise there would be zero stars.
