The under side of the trailer was already rusted. When I got under the trailer to install the stabilizer jacks, it is very obvious the frame was painted from the top side only. Large paint runs hanging from the vertical wall of the frame and no coating on the bottom side of the frame. The steel frame around the ramp also has rust at several locations.

When I test-drove the Bronco, September 4th 2025 I specifically pointed out a dent in the hood and a problem with the parking sensors (they were missing) Jason personally promised me that these issues would be taken care of. He didn't just casually mention it -- he made a point of telling me that he keeps his word. We also signed a "we owe" meaning he acknowledged the issues and it was part of the purchase agreement and he would fix them. I believed him. I purchased the vehicle. This week coming up has been ONE YEAR and those issues still have not been taken care of. We have spent months making phone calls and sending texts trying to get Jason to do what he promised when he sold us the vehicle. Instead of standing behind his word, he eventually stopped responding and blocked my husband's phone number. So I messaged him on August 8th advising him I would give him until the end of this month to make it right. I guess he decided he wasn't going to make it right and would rather be in small claims court. That is where I am heading first thing in the morning. What makes this even more frustrating is that I specifically waited nearly a year before writing this review because I wanted to give Jason every opportunity to do the right thing. I didn't immediately run to social media or leave a bad review. I gave him time. I gave him chances. I trusted that a business owner would eventually honor the commitment he made to me. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Jason was very quick to talk about how important it is to keep your word when he was trying to earn my business. Unfortunately, almost a year of waiting, repeated communication attempts, and ultimately being blocked tells me everything I need to know about how much that "word" was actually worth. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, my advice is simple: DONT DO IT! Go somewhere else!!! This review isn't about wanting something extra or unreasonable. It's about expecting a business owner to honor the We Owe and fix my Bronco. A YEAR IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME!!

Because there were -22 degree wind chills that morning he was unable to change the tire himself. I called Morton Towing and within minutes Tyler Johnston arrived and assisted my partner in getting into the tow truck for warmth and then towed him to a garage in Morton for service (the tire and spare were both not usable). From start to finish it took less than 30 minutes for him to be back on the road.
